After calling and explaining to, I believe the owner or manager, that I had to leave town on Monday for work, they were able to squeeze me in for an appointment that same day (a Saturday)! Amazing customer service. Fantastic service. We called to make an appointment for a windshield replacement and were able to get in the next morning. We were there for a total of 45 minutes. So fast, so easy. There's a waiting room with a tv, desk and restroom. No WiFi. The cost for the job was significantly less than quotes I'd received from several other locations. It was so low in fact, that I worried there'd be some catch. Nope. This place is just genuinely super low priced. The owner and staff are good people. So friendly, welcoming and helpful. The location itself is far from aesthetically appealing, but that really doesn't matter in the long run. The friendly, efficient, quality, inexpensive service can't be beat. Nick was very responsive when setting up the appointment and getting the initial quote. When I took the car in it took less than 1 hour to install a new windshield and the price was 50% cheaper than any other quote I got. About a year ago I needed a new windshield seal in my 4runner and super low price Autoglass had the best price so I went to them. My truck spend a a week there which was much longer than expected but whatever. They informed me that there was rust around the seal but said they took care of it and said it shouldn't rust anymore. Well not even 2 months later I see a rust colored streak running down my fender coming from the windshield. I do not believe they made my rust situation better but worse. Now I am dealing with their bad quality seal by redoing my windshield myself and having to do countless hours of rust repair. They also claimed that they could use my old glass if they could remove it without breaking it. I don't know if they broke it on purpose so they could charge me more but I do not believe they took their time because my dad and I were able to remove the windshield a few days ago without breaking it having absolutely 0 experience working with auto glass or windshields. I do not recommend super low price auto glass. You get what you pay for. Low price and low quality. They also damaged a very expensive park on my dash. read more

I called on a Friday morning to ask about a replacement rear hatch window on a Grand Cherokee. Nick gave me a very good quote and said he could do the repair that same day. We had to drive in from out of town so we had it done the next morning. I like shops where people work together and collaborate and this is one of them. Nick and his crew did a very good job. They spent a lot of time cleaning up the leftover broken glass and prepping the window area. Had a great experience here. The people running the shop are laid back and accommodating. They did a great job replacing the windshield in my Jeep 2010 Liberty which had pitting on it from all the sand and stuff on the roads. They took about and hour and a half to replace the windshield. They were beyond amazing! My car had got broken into via a backseat window on Friday morning. I called a couple of places and they said the earliest I could get in was the following week. There was no way I was going to let my car sit in a downtown lot for days with a shattered window! When I called them it was late Friday evening and they were able to order me a new window and get me in early Saturday morning. To top it off, they were cheaper than all the other places! From the very beginning when I called for an appointment, Nick, the owner, has been very professional. He told me I could come in that day, and he had one of his employees go pick up a new window for my car (even though there had been miscommunication - I didn't need a new car window, I just needed the wires to be repaired), he had no problems cancelling the order. He even made sure on the phone that I had the address to their new location and asked me if I knew how to get there. I am new to the area, so I just used my GPS anyway since I'm not good with directions at all. I came here with my car and he took apart my door and realized I had to get another part of my car fixed, so he sent his guy to go get a new part for it. He was very friendly and professional, and offered me coffee, to have a seat in his office and watch TV, and even offered me his password to get free Wi-Fi! Nick and his staff go out of their way to help you fix your car, and all of his customers show it! (While I was waiting, he had many customers that came in that frequently come to visit him whenever they have problems. I spoke with one customer who says he drives an hour from Boone, IA just to get his car fixed by Nick and his staff! That's dedication, and showing that Nick's company is doing the right thing!)
