I had my Honda Odyssey 2011 windshield replaced almost a year ago. Had to go back few days later as I can hear loud wind noise & can't communicate inside the van. The wind shield was replaced but there is reduction of wind noise but still not happy. Couldn't take the van again due to busy schedule. Now noticing that the rubber lining is peeling off around the windshield. Not very happy with workmanship. read more

Although I live in Houston, I chose this location because I wanted it done immediately and the locations in Houston all had 10-day wait times. I drove out to Rosenberg and had fantastic service, it only took them about an hour, and my windshield looks flawless. One concern I had was my registration/inspection stickers, EZtag, and rear view mirror - how were they going to get them off and put them on my new windshield? I left that up to them, and it looked just like it did on the old windshield. I couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend! read more

Frankie was awesome!!! He explained the process, he let me see part of the process. He did everything expect for wash and armor all the tires. He cleaned inside of my car, the mats, threw out the trash and cleaned the windows. The inside of the facility was very clean and they had available snacks and beverages while you wait. read more

They came out a few days later and were not afraid to let me know the more expensive windshield I selected on their website was not needed. I hope I could have the chance to give 0 star!!! Cheap place, cannot even turn their AC to below 80...BBQ yourself in the waiting room. MORE important, my case sounds really fishy... 5 weeks after replacing the windshield glass there comes another crack. They BS on the thing and never admit the cheap glass they put on and possible bad job on the installation. And tell this one is not fixable and let you go with insurance for another replacement. Every single time I have to pay $250 on the deductible and for ONLY FIVE weeks! Just don't go there in order to protect yourself and your hard working money! read more

Used them last week. The first guy they sent out was so rude and thoughtless, I thought he must be joking. He said he didn't have the proper part (a rain sensor that I had discussed with the scheduler), but that he didn't know when he would be able to come back and finish the job. He expected to be paid anyway. When I asked why he didn't know how long it would be, he said that he doesn't come out my way very often, but that because it seemed I was mad about it, he would report it as a warranty issue - and there was "no telling" how long it would take to get "that" done. Hmmm. A warranty issue on a job that was never completed? I was in touch with the management of the company before he left my driveway and they had someone competent and professional come out the very next day with the proper part. Problems happen. Its how you deal with them that makes it ok or not. In the end, Safelite redeemed themselves, but one of their installers needs serious remedial training. And by the way, Yelp, what does any revue have to do with gender neutral restrooms????? read more

Don't use this store. I've used them three times and here are my results. 1. They came to my office. Installed a new window. Broke the window while installing it and had to schedule another appointment to replace the newly broken windshield. 2. I went to them. When I got there for my scheduled appointment, they had the wrong window. Scheduled another appointment and once again, they had the wrong window. Third time was a charm, I guess. 3. I scheduled my appointment 2 weeks ago. I paid extra to be the first appointment of the day and paid for them to come to me. I received an email yesterday confirming my appt and another one this morning introducing me to my tech telling me he would call when he was on his way. At 8:15 this morning the phone rang. I was expecting to get my phone call telling me he was on his way, but instead, I got a call telling me that he wasn't able to replace the windshield on my 1996 Bronco, because the work was too delicate and I would have to schedule a new appointment to take it to the shop to have the work done. Never mind that I had arranged my day around this and had also taken time off work to be here. So, I called customer service to speak to a manager or supervisor. While I did speak to a very helpful and concerned analyst (she even called to see if her manager followed up) no manager could be bothered to get on the phone or to call me back. Still waiting. Take your money some place else for your window work. I'm not the only one with a bad review of this place. read more

From my first contact to installation, they were professional, knowledgable and efficient. The facility in Rosenberg is spotless and my technician, Ryan, did an outstanding job. I had the windshield replaced on my daughters car 2 days before she was to move back to college. We did not drive the car for the 2 days after having the installation. Packed up her car and I followed her in my car back to college 300 miles away. After 45 miles she was ahead of me and called me on her cell to tell me she heard wind noise and a flapping noise. I pulled in front of her car and saw that the weather stripping at the roof's edge of the windshield was detached and flapping in the wind. Luckily, I had her put the Satellite paperwork in her car. Called them and there was a location near where we had pulled off the freeway. We had to wait an hour for the technicians to return from lunch and then another 45 minutes to have the weatherstripping glued back down. I had them tape it also since we still had 250 miles to go. We finally reached our destination. Before I left her the next day, we removed the tape only to find that some of the weatherstripping was still loose. The other re-glued area was raised since the old glue was not removed so it looked like a patch job. I had to travel back home so I told her when she has time to find a SafeLite near the University and take it in to be properly repaired. I would have hoped the replacement would have gone smooth. I told the technician that she would be returning to college with the vehicle which is why we wanted everything to be "right" with the car. It would have been nice to have just been able to get this done and mark it off the list but it is still on the to-do list. Thank goodness there is a lifetime warranty. Did not think we would have to use it. read more

First, I would like to start off by saying the manager at Safelite location was very attentive and explained to me everything I needed to know about why a small crack had been enlarged by one of his technicians who came out to my house to fix it. Unfortunately, I don't think that Safelite the company has a very good explanation for what can happen when repairing a windshield. If I would have known they would possibly make the chip (1/4 inch) larger (6 inches) I would have never bothered them. Liberty Mutual is the one who I feel washes their hands of my problems and collects my monthly premium ($200) contracting a company (Safelite) which may or may not have qualified and competent staff completing installations. According to the manager this can be a 1 and 10,000 occurrence and it is bad luck. No such thing as bad luck!!! Only bad service and customer service. Safelite changed their story and tried to blame my wife...but the worst of all is that Liberty Mutual's Presidential Customer Service group passed all the blame onto Safelite. I asked the agent if someone came up to your car and smashed your windshield would you want them to pay for it...She had no response. If I were collecting monthly premiums I would at least want be ACCOUNTABLE for a mistake when it happens with a contractor.... :( Goodbye Liberty Mutual read more
