He even helped us find out the potential root cause for some of the more difficult issues we had been having with the house i.e. the sporadic roof leaks. What stood out most was his deep expertise. With over 20 years in the trade, Mike knows construction process inside and out, and what builders should or shouldn't do as best practices.
