With this being my first time to do an inspection, I wanted to be there the entire time (and to also measure the walls and areas to see what I needed to purge from my apt). So Water tricked down the drain for weeks till we could get the issue fixed. After this incident I went to check my AC unit drain lines and it seems like I have the same scenario, the left pipe was installed at an incline lacking the slope needed to drain. I hired Jack to back check the contractors work, that's why it's called a third party inspection. These guys are expensive, I would NOT recommend.
