UPDATE: After multiple false alarms, I had to have my EIGHTH tech visit this week, and of course now I'm being charged for them. The technician told me he is often obliged to clean up problems created by the installation team. I wish I'd chosen just about any other alarm company.

Also love the head engineers that are familiar with lots of systems to help with random WiFi/network errors. The systems themselves are sleek and easy to use with the app. The sensors can be delayed or disabled for certain purposes. I also accidentally set off the alarm silently, they called me and the cops, and were able to call off the cops easily once confirming it was me. Lots of nice safety features to this alarm which Scott tested to make sure they worked as needed :) We compared to another well know local company that seemed a bit outdated (no app access/control) and a giant national company (expensive setup, less local, not as individualized attention).
