One big difference is the meter; unlike other local companies they actually have and use meters. Another company I used to use charged me a different amount for the same trip EVERY time. I think it was a former police cruiser. When I arrived at my destination I handed over my card for payment...it was then they told me they were cash only. I had to have them take me to an atm, who carries cash anymore? They did turn the meter off for that, which was nice of them. Later that day when I arrived home, my husband said that when he got a look at the vehicle with no signage he didn't think I was coming back...to the point that he had written down the make and plate number of the vehicle. The driver and his partner were very very nice, but I don't think this is a licensed business, for that reason and the cash only without advanced warning I say only 2 star. We need some Uber drivers up this way!
