My instructor was Connor And he made the Sunday class fun, easy, and straight forward. He explained the key points and made sure we understood the importance of those key points. Went in to renew my BLS, Conner was a great instructor! The class was well organized, with social distancing guidelines in place. Everyone was required to wear a mask throughout the entirety of the class and it was suggested we use the hand washing stations after every hands-on practice skill set which was very much appreciated! Best instructors I have encountered for CPR certification! After starting in the home health field where I am the only professional on site, I have come to realize how critical BLS CPR skills are. This is my second class at STS and I can say the instructors are consistent in the way they deliver the content and it is not just videos being played. There is a lot of hand on opportunities w/ 1:1 feedback for technique. I can confidently say they have prepared me (as much as anyone can ever really be prepared...) to recognize when a person needs life saving measures and how to perform CPR if needed. read more

I went in on Easter Sunday for my 2 year CPR/FIRST Aid/AED renewal. I wasn't excited about taking a 5 hour class on a holiday, but needed to get it done to keep my ACE Personal Trainer certification current. I was worried about the 5 hour CPR and first aid card being tiring but our instructor Sandy made the class fun and memorable. All instructors at the Dublin branch have loads of experience with the Fire department and their real life experiences make the classes interesting. This class was on a saturday which made it more accessible. Would highly recommend it to everyone read more

When you think of a CPR class, exciting and fun are probably the last words you'd think to use. Most of us have to take CPR either for work or for school and never look forward to the dreaded 3 hour mandatory course every 2 years. I was pleasantly surprised by Dublin CPR. I had Wendy as my instructor for BLS class and she was delightful! She was engaging, funny and memorable. I actually enjoyed the course. I've always had boring instructors who made me look at the clock every 5 minutes, just wishing the time would go by faster. It wasn't like that with Wendy. The 3 hour course flew by! We completed the entire 3 hours and it didn't feel like it. I highly recommend taking her for BLS class. read more

Still the best place for BLS classes! Instructor Jeff was great, answered questions and explained everything clearly. We were all kept 6 feet apart, and he made sure to wipe down everything when we were done using it. Gloves and hand sanitizer were available for everyone. We weren't able to do the 2 person rescue portion but Jeff made sure we understood how it would work. Overall great experience at this place read more

To start, this is my very first yelp review ever...I have never felt the urge to post a review of anything or call anybody out...until this experience. This was a renewal class for me. The class was fine in terms of material. But I will never be back because my instructor, Lindsey Trone, was very rude and unprofessional. Just one example: we were on the floor doing 30 compressions on our practice dummy. After I was done with the compressions, the instructor stops everything and asks in front of the class, "Did you even try or did you just give up?" I was taken aback by the rudeness and said "no, I did 30 chest compressions". She then says "well I didn't hear you" and I respond with "sorry, I was counting to myself" as I didn't know counting aloud was a requirement of CPR?? Lol. And then she rolls her eyes and says "Ugh, I really HATE quiet people". I didn't get why she would say that; how am I supposed to respond to that? So I guess you hate me? LOL I would say go ahead and take the class but if you're not yelling out every response or counting like a drill sergeant...don't take the class with Lindsey because she'll belittle you and leave you with a bad and uncomfortable experience overall. read more
