And his recommendations have been great - we asked him about which tahini and zaatar to get (they have many different brands/types of each...) and the ones he recommended have been way tastier than any of the brands that you find in most markets. Especially good was his recommendation on lebnah - he said that the brands they carry are all good, but they have some that they package in-house that was special. I tried it - it was less expensive than the other brands, but was the very best lebnah that I have ever tasted! Richer, creamier, with just the right amount of tang. Wonderful stuff! After I reminded her again that I had called in, she suddenly "found" it and told me to come back in 2 hours and that I would receive a text message when it was ready. I never received the text message they promised. I returned on Friday, and once again they couldn't locate my prescription. After more searching, they finally found it -- but they also tried to give me someone else's order at the same time. I had to explain that I only had one prescription and asked them to verify it using my phone number, not just my last name. The entire experience was very unprofessional, disorganized, and frustrating. On top of that, the drive-thru wait was over 20 minutes. For something as important as prescriptions, accuracy and communication should be a priority. This pharmacy seriously needs to improve its customer service and organization.

Customers are excited and willing to buy them because they're trending right now, but the way the situation is being handled is frustrating. Employees keep saying "I'm not sure" about when the bags will be available, which just creates confusion and misinformation. Why not simply put them out when the store opens and let customers purchase them on a first-come, first-served basis? They're limited anyway. The lack of clear communication is causing unnecessary chaos. People are driving from far away hoping to get one, and it's even affecting regular customers who can't find parking because of the crowd. At the end of the day, it's a business and customers are ready to buy -- there's no need to gatekeep a product. A little organization and transparency would make a huge difference for everyone.
