This is a great place to meet up with friends for dinner and a walk. I have many favorite restaurants including Hot Iron, China City and Azul. There are many more to choose from and I think I have tried them all. I am always excited when someone suggest something here as a destination. There are also lots of places for just coffee or a drink. I often finish my visit with a trip to the grocery store Town and Country on my way home. It really feels like a one stop destination and I love not having to move the car multiple times. If you have not checked out the walking trail, you should do so. It's nice and shaded so you don't get too hot or too wet depending on the weather. You can take it from behind the Town Center all the way to McCollum park. It's stroller and dog friendly. There's usually other people out and about so you don't feel too unsafe even though a large portion of it goes behind people's residences. I also really appreciate the Summer Concert Series, this happens on Wednesday nights for the entire summer. It's usually cover bands, if you are lucky you can snag a seat at one of the restaurants bordering the forum on their patio, but if not they provide some seating. It's free and a good way to meet up with friends and listen to some music while enjoying the summer weather. It's usually a good time.

That's fine if they charge us but I felt like I was being nickled and dimed during my meal when we were trying to relax during our outing. Las Palmeras is not exactly inexpensive so why not raise their prices a little more, stop bugging the customer about more money during their meal, and provide customers with a seamless experience? They also gave us tiny take home containers when we clearly needed larger ones and they stopped providing after dinner mints. The food was delicious but I left feeling upset that they changed so much in the wrong direction.

This order was a doordash, however I continuously run into this issue whether its a store pickup,…read moredoordash, instacart or any third party service. I continuously see on not only the company website, but the third party websites as well, totally incorrect inventory information. As a person who is disabled and unable to drive, I pay extra to go to the location when it shows available in store, or pay to use third party services. To have incorrect inventory updates is not only an inconvenience, it actually creates a monetary loss for me while also being on a low fixed income. The employees all seem well aware of the issue, as well as the third party service providers. That leaves only one option. The people in charge simply dont feel it's important enough to address and furthermore, seem to have no problem creating scapegoast out if their employees and third party shoppers who work diligently to meet the high expectations of customers in picking not only the best for us, but also making sure to make the best decisions when having to substitute when allowed. They deserve better, and your customers deserve better. You are a very large corporation and I simply don't buy that this tech issue cannot be resolved when I shop at so many other places and do not see the same consistent pattern. Do better....by your hardworking staff and your customers who have other options.

The price was very fair, especially for the level of craftsmanship. The turn around time was less than two weeks. I definitely recommend this small locally owned business for any of your jewelry needs. I will be back to browse through their nice selection of jewelry too.

It is a form of passive, unresponsive service that leaves consumers feeling ignored, unvalued, and in a state of limbo. Physical Store Inattention: It applies to in-store scenarios where staff may ignore customers or promise follow-ups that never happen. Types of Retail Ghosting: This includes ignoring questions in the comments section, not replying to direct messages (DMs), or leaving a customer who asked about product availability or support with "radio silence". Implications for Retailers: Loss of Trust and Revenue: Consumers are likely to avoid retailers who do not respond, leading to a loss of sales, particularly among younger shoppers. Reputation Damage: Unanswered complaints and questions lead to negative online reputations and lower rankings on search engines (SERPs), decreasing store foot traffic. High Churn Rate: A significant portion of consumers will cease purchasing from a brand after experiencing poor communication or multiple negative interactions.
