She made very obvious body language and the last straw was her irritated tapping on the money box before every question with an annoyed head tilt combo. She also snapped about blending lavender foam into our drink because she didn't want to make it correctly. Whenever I call this store on the phone, once I navigate through a tricky automated AI phone system, the phone reps are so very helpful, and go out of their way to find me answers. Every month, I worry that some of my most important meds will be out of stock, but their pharmacists know I am going to get them, and they make sure they are on hand. When I transferred all our business over from the Bartells at Redondo, I was afraid that I was losing the best people around. But I was really impressed with how smoothly and efficiently all prescriptions , transferred. I'm blind in one eye and can no longer use the drive through feature so have to request a delivery to my home. It has been very helpful. I hope this location will continue to be supported by the corporation. It would be a disaster if it were to close.
