The cars in the parking lot looked normal. There weren't any people hanging out on the sidewalk. Looks safe to me. I went inside, and it still looked like a normal Walgreens. Humm, I dunno about those other reviews... I've never been here before, but I decided to look for the KT Tape in the same area of the store that I had found it at other Walgreens, near the Pharmacy in the back. The line at the Pharmacy was only 2 people, and the pharmacy tech was helping the first person in line. This seems normal also. I passed a few other customers, and they were minding their own business. This is a normal thing. I found the KT Tape and went to the check-out. There were a couple of customers before me, so I got to watch the interactions. The cashier was young, thin, with green hair, and had a smile on her face. She was chatting with the customers who were in line before me, and she was friendly, sociable, and laughing at their jokes. I had a good experience, and the wait times were absolutely normal. Seems like a normal Walgreens to me.

Would be helpful and more expeditious to get additional workers, they need support to move people through faster and properly. Drive Thru is amazingly convenient BUT the staff is being overwhelmed since there's not enough counter people. Dedicating a person to Drive Thru during peak hours would help, in and out in just a few minutes makes the store profit and customers happier. Shouldn't be a 30 minute wait going through Drive Thru, they desperately need more employees in the pharmacy.

We felt lucky to have nabbed one at this Walmart pharmacy. Our experience with both shots was A+. The pharmacist (Lee?) was very nice and the process was simple. Zero waiting time before the appointment. After our second shot he said "Congratulations!" as we left. I loved that as we really did feel celebratory! So I was approved for a prescription of GLP-1 injection. When I spoke to someone at Northwest compounders last week, I was informed they needed payment before they could fill the prescription. OK, no problem. Gave them my debit number and went in today, which is Monday to pick up my prescription. It was ready, and they said it needed to be paid for. I said excuse me? I gave someone over the phone my debit card information as I was told this needed to be paid before it could be filled. They apologized and said, yeah, it looked like they didn't actually process my payment or forgot to hit a button or something. I told them this sounds seriously sketchy to be asked for my debit card number with the intent to pay for a prescription and my financial information not go to where it is intended. I hate the feeling of having to eagle-eye my bank account every day for the next few weeks to make sure they didn't double charge me. Also, I was given absolute zero consult regarding this prescription. I mean, I'm injecting myself with something for the first time in my life. Kind of wish there was a pharmacy tech or pharmacist to go over a few things with me, but whatever. They kindly put a brochure in my prescription bag with a QR code to a YouTube video on how to do it. ‍

Hey, I get it, people are impatient they have things to do. But so do all the other people waiting, helping or servicing. I just want to shout out Lenon the pharmacist who always checks to see how I'm doing, several of the techs who when they see me immediately know if I'm picking up for my kids or myself, and always are friendly, and the sales people who today kindly commented on my outfit. A second of kindness is all it takes. What do you get out of making someone else angry and miserable? And for the dude who was rude to the tech, what he didn't know or ASK, was that the neighborhood lost its power in the late afternoon until close to midnight. The pharmacy team had to do a massive catch up of orders and existing meds. Give each other grace, it's the least you'd want for yourself. Also, I seriously always appreciate this rite aid for always having our RX stocked and always serving with a friendly demeanor. I know retail pharmacy isn't easy, keep up the great work, y'all.
