Clean, bright wide open space. Nice selection of coffee and drinks. Liked the halva latte. Overall very good, only complaint is that the pita was not warm or as fresh as we've had at Saba but I guess that's in line with the unique "cafeteria" grab and go concept. Easy dine in, self serve experience. Would definitely visit again in the area.

Super great brunch and lunch spot that just opened up. They're still working out some kinks on the service side but it's definitely worth the visit for a fast casual version of their Saba restaurant. They also have a solid non brunch menu that looks delicious too!

If you're expecting reasonable portions for the price you pay, I'd recommend not dining here. I had high hopes, so I'm really upset by this experience. We got 2 orders of the lamb and the hummus appetizer totaling $62 before tip. The hummus came with 1 piece of pita and both of the lamb plates came out a little colder than room temperature. The tomato and cucumber salad side was comparable to a generous side of pico de gallo at a Mexican restaurant. I would expect a little more lamb and more generous side size for the price, I would definitely expect warm bread and meat at the very least. Making the trip uptown to Shaya is worth it compared to Safta's in my opinion

Great new lunch spot! Everything was delicious. Not pictured was the golden garlic peta and espresso crinkle cookie but sooo yummy

    Clean, casual, friendly ambiance!

We stopped by after soccer with the kids for brunch. Great options for our picky eaters and everything was delicious! They had a little box of toys for the kids to play with! Service was quick and everyone was very friendly. It's always great to have a spot to go to as a family where you can be dressed casual but food is top notch!

Incredibly mediocre. The atmosphere was fine but the prices were shockingly high for the quality of the food.

Was seated at the bar until a table was available. Second time I came for a private event. Very nice exclusive upstairs private event space and bar, I loved the interior. I had delicious pomegranate lemonade mocktail. I loved the fried chicken hummus, Mediterranean cucumber salad, Brussels chicken, steak the most. Everything was amazing and flavorful, I don't think you can go wrong. The cinnamon date dessert just tasted like bread XD but overall I would totally come back! I think I prefer the sister restaurant though Parking: limited parking lot, limited street parking

The reservation process was easy, and I was able to find a time that worked well for us. We arrived and were seated promptly, and our initial order was taken without delay. We went for the falafel and hummus combo, along with a variety of dips like baba ghanoush and muhammara. The food was good and offered a nice spread of flavors. We were specially impressed with the muhammara .We also ordered drinks and had planned to get another round, but unfortunately no one came back to take our order, so we eventually decided to move on. The ambiance is beautiful--bright, airy, and very neutral with a beige-toned aesthetic. Seating was comfortable, though the noise level was a bit high, likely due to it being a busy lunch hour. Pricing reflects the restaurant's popularity and positioning. Overall, it was a decent experience, but not particularly memorable. If I return to New Orleans, this probably wouldn't make it back onto my list.

Comes with salad, chicken, and hummus with your choice of white or wheat pita. It's always really good. Tried the four cheese pizza for the first time because I was starving. It was really good. Only thing that would make it better is if it had something to dip it in. Usually get it to go and it's been a while since I've sat down and ate. I feel like the sit down portions are much larger which is nice. They just did a huge renovation and it looks great. Our server was great, the food came out really fast, and we enjoyed it.

In addition to the cafe, they have an expanded storefront where you can purchase multiple items and they have a robust to go and delivery service. We started our meal with pumpkin soup which was the special of the day. It was served with crunchy pita points and was very good. Next, we moved onto the fried cheese appetizer which we loved. The greens accompanying the fried cheese worked well with this dish. Our main entree was the beef shish kabob which came with a salad and hummus as well as pita bread. We had baklava for dessert which was delish. Two of us split the meal and we still had leftovers to take home. The ambiance is clean and sparse but they are waiting on furniture and artwork that will spice things up as well as a plan to make fresh pita bread in the dining area. We enjoy Mona's for its fresh homemade food, really nice owners, and its desire to continue serving New Orleanians when they had to pivot and move off Frenchmen Street. We will definitely return!
