The dress and matching belt are the same fabric and color and were cleaned together to maintain a consistent, rich black. Due to the Brandon location's boiler being down for several weeks, my items were transported to another location for cleaning. When they were returned, my matching belt was missing. I went back multiple times. They were unable to locate it. There was no resolution, no replacement, and no meaningful accountability. This is unacceptable, especially when customers are trusting you with high-quality, expensive clothing. The difference between the Sarasota and Brandon locations is stark. If you value your wardrobe, I would strongly recommend avoiding the Brandon Tide Cleaners and choosing a different location or a different cleaner altogether.

Washer kept giving error in rinse cycle & now will not even start. We came here about 1100 AM on a Saturday. First of all, these speed Queen washers are the bomb. I saw people loading a whole baseball team worth of clothes & they just got swallowed right up. Dryers are huge too. No noise or broken machines when they are running. Now the price is high for this; starting at $7.50 for the washer & $3.25 for the dryer. I can't complain as I already spent $300 on a dryer, THIS WEEK. LOL. I've spent cash on alterations for two sport jackets and at least four pairs of pants. This was expensive for me but getting your clothes done by a professional always will be worth the money. I'm assuming that all is going well with these alterations but I won't know for two weeks. I wanted them to take their time to do it right. As soon as this is done, I will take my clothes to his recommended dry cleaners. Be aware that the hours here say they are open on Sunday. This is incorrect. The website doesn't have the latest updated schedule. Your best bet is to always call ahead of time if you are under a time crunch. In my case, I was called Friday and was told my clothes are ready. Unfortunately, I'm not anywhere near that area so I'm going to have to pick it up on Tuesday because Monday is a holiday. Planning ahead works for me, but many people wait until the last minute and alterations are one of those things you need time for. Other places may accommodate you, but I'm sure you won't get the same quality. Actually I just realized that this was sitting in my drafts waiting for me to finish my overdue evaluation. The clothes were done very well and they are still looking good. One pair of pants that are my favorite now look very well on me. I use them a lot. Can't find any faults with their alterations. I definitely will use them again even though they are pricey. You get what you pay for here no doubt about it. I've read the reviews about this establishment and all the negative comments are from people who don't understand work, quality, speed, & cost.
