It was irritating and i may have responded differently had they took 5 minutes to tell me what the plan was with each area. I know big words and the scientific names... but yeah im not going to agree to a blind diagnosis and treatment to the tune of 45,000 bucks That seems pretty excessive. I respect the abilities but is anyvtrade c skill worth THAT MUCH for 5 or 6 hrs work holeee crap

The front office girl and office manager were condescending in their understanding of the bottom barrel level of professionalism the assistants have, by minimizing my experience telling me they know those girls and they doubt it was meant how I interpreted it. As I decided to leave after witnessing ghetto behavior, the assistant comes from the back and loudly say, " she just walking out." Professionalism doesn't matter here-simple! A dental office should be a place where patients feel supported and respected, especially when seeking treatment for an already sensitive condition. I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for compassionate care, respectful communication, or a positive patient experience.

My root canal treatment required three sessions due to a temporary crown falling off multiple times, and they struggled to match the crown's color accurately. What should have been a straightforward process turned into a prolonged ordeal, leaving me dissatisfied with the final result and the overall quality of care. There is an additional cost to someone for the lab to have to redo crowns multiple times. I went with the professional opinion that the dentist gave, where she stated that the coloring doesn't look quite right and that what she suggests versus what the lab produces doesn't coincide. Well, they need to get it right, because they must understand that patients take time off to come to these appointments.
