My prior experience was very positive but I am feeling quite miffed that my time is not being respected. I ended up canceling it two days before the scheduled date due to not knowing how much I would be charged. I contacted their office manager and corporate customer service several times over 3 months. They said they'd review the $45 charge, but I never received follow up. I'm extremely frustrated by the lack of cost transparency, surprise billing, and unresponsive customer service by this practice. Highly recommend avoiding them and finding another provider if you're looking for a dermatologist in Northern Colorado.

However, I felt like the Dr. only spent 5-10 mins with me, was rushing through the appointment, and even got up once as if he was about to leave when I was about to ask a question. While I get that he might've had a busy day, it didn't really feel like he was fully listening to my concerns, which was quite disappointing given the money I have to spend out of pocket towards my deductible ($100+ for what was a ~5-10 min appointment). I would suggest going elsewhere, especially if you're a student. Reception team was great, however!
