They LISTENED to everything I said and were able to accurately and quickly diagnose my five-time-misdiagnosed skin condition. This place is amazing. I'll never go anywhere else.

I filled out paperwork with no marketing/no research specified and they ignored it altogether. They also will ask for PII if you respond to an email with the subject of Unsubscribe.....ridic, and not required in any way to remove an email address from a database. Seems they care not ONE iota about what is good for anyone other than their larger purposes as a humongous chain of clinics. Wish I had never heard of them. Oh, they also charge double or triple what most other, non-chain derm clinics I have been to charge for procedures.

They said they sent me a text a few days ago and I didn't confirm appt. I checked the text. It was sent 4 days ago. It was so long that I briefly checked it and then didn't see in fine print that I was to confirm appt. I think this is a poor practice. Older adults often don't constantly check texts and there is a fair amount of spam going on . We can miss the fine print. Please reconsider this practice of cancelling appt without actually talking to the patient! Some of us travel from other cities, or have other plans that they rearrange to make these appointments.

Cannot recommend, especially for Covid cautious people. Three weeks out and still recovering from the Covid + staph combo punch.
