However, I felt like the Dr. only spent 5-10 mins with me, was rushing through the appointment, and even got up once as if he was about to leave when I was about to ask a question. While I get that he might've had a busy day, it didn't really feel like he was fully listening to my concerns, which was quite disappointing given the money I have to spend out of pocket towards my deductible ($100+ for what was a ~5-10 min appointment). I would suggest going elsewhere, especially if you're a student. Reception team was great, however!

They also will ask for PII if you respond to an email with the subject of Unsubscribe.....ridic, and not required in any way to remove an email address from a database. Seems they care not ONE iota about what is good for anyone other than their larger purposes as a humongous chain of clinics. Wish I had never heard of them. Oh, they also charge double or triple what most other, non-chain derm clinics I have been to charge for procedures.

It was so long that I briefly checked it and then didn't see in fine print that I was to confirm appt. I think this is a poor practice. Older adults often don't constantly check texts and there is a fair amount of spam going on . We can miss the fine print. Please reconsider this practice of cancelling appt without actually talking to the patient! Some of us travel from other cities, or have other plans that they rearrange to make these appointments.
