I walked into this place and had an amazing experience. All the ladies were really nice & welcoming. I have been to several nail salons and the service here was impressive. I was greeted when I walked in and sat right away for my services. I was also offered a complimentary beverage of my choice including mimosas, margaritas or champagne along with other nonalcoholic beverages. I got a collagen pedicure and the aroma of the rose petals & lemons was very pleasant. The massage of my feet was so relaxing along with the hot stones massage on my lower legs. While I had my pedicure done I had also had another lady working on my full set manicure which I absolutely love how my nails turned out. They look so natural and they were perfectly shaped..then I got my eyebrows waxed and they shaped them perfectly as well and trimmed them nicely. I have never been this satisfied with service in a nail salon before. Usually I always find something that dissatisfying but not here everything was great! I got a gel pedicure and my cousin got an acrylic pearl chrome manicure. They took a walk in. I got a complimentary Vietnamese iced coffee. Nail shape was good. However, the nail color was lighter than the sample color. They accommodated my baby stroller. They were all friendly! Never had a stone massage before, that was nice. Really disappointed in my recent pedicure, my beautician was not very good or detailed. Especially in comparison to my friends worker. We both got the signature pedicure but my friends service was longer and more detailed. When I went to pay, I gave feedback and she didn't care nor offered a solution, validate me, or anything. Even though they have a sign near their register to speak up if anything is wrong and they'd fix it? Well, they didn't! Keep in mind, my friend sat down in her chair BEFORE me but I was finished with my service significantly before her service was done. She did get gel when I got regular, but that's maybe 10-15 minutes extra of service? I was sitting waiting for her for a good 30 ish minutes. Again, it wasn't just about the time difference, it was the quality and thorough difference. It wasn't just a few minutes difference. It was a significant time difference and the quality was so different. For example, my worker only put the salt scrub on my skin but the other worker actually scrubbed her skin with the salt scrub. The other worker gave an actual massage whereas my worker just literally rubbed the lotion around me, I literally cannot consider it a massage at all. When my worker was done with my service, she never cleaned the bottom or under part of my nail. It looked dirty still. I told them this, they didn't do anything, and this was when I was still in my chair. She didn't clean the sides of my nails either. They also don't give you stamps for card payments but they didn't say anything until after I paid. Had they told me "if you pay with venmo, we'll give you a punch card" I would have! It was my first time here, how am I supposed to know all of your rules? They should have known better because my friend brought me here and we spoke about about punch card. If they knew my intention was to originally be back and get a card started, why wouldn't you tell me this disclaimer? ESPECIALLY knowing I wasn't happy with my service? Do you realize how impactful that darn stamp could have been? Major negative points for customer service. Female owner heard everything and didn't care. Especially annoying since my friend brought me here and mentioned all the great aspects of this salon for me to experience barely any of it. I got really unlucky with who I was assigned to. She even cut my big toe cuticle too much and it's noticeable. She didn't clean under or around my toe nail. My nails look painted but not clean. They do give you a free drink with appointment and they have cute decor. Could improve on the consistency of services and customer service. Avoid the younger worker. The older worker, named Mindy was my friends worker and she was detailed and thorough. It's sad because I could have been a regular and they ruined it. read more

Yesterday I visited Pink Nail Care for the first time. Five days earlier I had a gel manicure done by another nail salon and my nails were already peeling off. I was seen by Hannah who did an outstanding job! She did an outstanding job on my cuticles, nail shaping, and gel. She didn't hurt me once, as opposed to the "other" nail salon - that hurt me six or seven times while cutting my cuticles and filing my nails. The staff is super attentive and welcoming--they always offer water, soda, or even a margarita, which I love! The salon itself is small but extremely cute with all the pink décor. Horrible horrible experience today, walked out before even getting my nails painted. I came in for a scheduled 1pm for gel pedicure, I told her I needed to get three nails fixed with powder, since they were broken. It went well until it was time to pay.. I'll get there shortly, but let me say, I usually don't mind the price of pedicures.. especially since I tend to get the $45-$55 dollar one. When it was tome for my nails, they said Helen would be doing them, which is fine. My previous detail-oriented nail technician was "on vacation" which is fine, we all deserve one. As she began, she asked what length, I told her shorter and she told me "no too short" so whatever, went a little longer. She began filing and I told her almond, but more round and please no point on the end of the nail. I've never been a fan of cat nails, or whatever they're called. I keep mentioning nails are different shaped, and she kept filing and "fixing" but somehow keeping the shape the same, i was asking to be fixed. In the middle of this, she asked if I was Mexican.. like what did that have to do with my request of how i want the nails I AM PAYING FOR AND WEARING. She showed me my thumb and I WISH i would have taken a picture -- there was absolutely no right said to the nail and it was completely crooked. She had the nerve to show me and say, is it straight. It wasn't CLEARLY. she filed and filed and now the nail was way shorter than any one on my other fingers, so I mentioned that to her and said, "i wanted them shorter than the length you told me you could do and now the nail is shorter than I even was going to request." she attempted to file the other nails but it seemed to just mess with the shape all over again. She said, she would remove the thumb and start over again. The new nail had the SAME issue but I stopped her midway and just said, just forget it; its fine. Then she was going to paint my whole nail the color that i wanted the french tip to be -- as i mentioned to her when I sat down and hour prior, she looked at me as if I was requesting too much, and thats when I just said, enough is enough. I'm unhappy with the shape, the length, and the frustration was beyond at this point. I remained calm however and just told her no thank you, we don't need to go further. I had no confidence the french tip would be good and i just couldn't sit there anymore TRYING to tell her what the issues were. They didn't charge me for the nails, but the pedicure... $90!!! Almost a $100 dollar pedicure, which was a first ever. Even with fixings of broken nails, I've never paid $90. $55 pedicure $15 gel plus $10 per each fixed nail. I guess I can blame myself for not asking, but I just never paid $90 for a pedicure... even with add ons.. I was offered a discount for next time, but I'm just trying to find consistency. It's not a big deal I'm not returning, I'm sure they'll pick up more, but just make sure to be happy with your nail technicians work. The worst is walking out with a set you don't like.
