The store is packed with clothes, hiking gear, etc., so if you need a rain jacket, hiking shirts or pants, maps, whatever, they have it. A well-stocked friendly place. Highly recommended.

The gentleman working in this store spent about 30 minutes giving him the best customer service that he has ever had in a hat store. It was a genuine tutorial on fit, quality and different uses. You could tell that he enjoyed his work and interacting with customers. This made for a very enjoyable shopping experience.

It wasn't because it was expensive, quite the contrary, since they are an outlet store. They sell clothes, costume jewelry, purses, food and various other gift items. The first thing I noticed was that the store was in complete disarray. There were items strewn all over the place. It was messy.
