I have only been here with my kiddos attending birthday parties. We have not actually booked one…read morehere so sorry I can't provide an details on booking and execution. But as a guest my kiddos have tons of fun! As a parent I liked that there is a specific time frame then it's go home! No lingering and they can't go back to the other rooms to play. Also after we had our first experience here, I quickly realize that if you get an invitation and this is the venue then do not be late! I say that because there are 2 play rooms with different inflatable fun for the kids. Each room is timed...not sure the specific time but if I had to roughly guesstimate then I would say it is 30 minutes in the first room. Then they let you know it's time to move to the next room, filled with different inflatable fun, so they have the kids line up then they open the doors. Kids run in and go have more fun..now I believe this room is also 30 minutes. I'm not 100% certain but since the bday parties usually last 2 hours then I safely assume. Then once the time is up in the second room they line up the kids and take them to the party room. There is a throne where the bday kid gets to sit while we sing happy birthday and they blow out their candles. Oh also before they enter the party room for food and bday cake/cupcake they have everyone sanitize their hands. Now if you are late like we were to our first party here then they didn't get a lot of time to play. We had arrive where my kid got maybe 5-10 minutes to play in the first room then moved to the second room. Once the party was over and it was time to leave my kid wanted to go back to.the Inflatable rooms to play. I told her it wasn't that kind of party and plus another bday party was occupying the rooms. If you are late or going to be late then sign the waiver online ahead of time. Because if you do it there then It takes away more time for your kid to play. If you arrive early then there is a safety video that everyone watches before going into the rooms. If you forget to bring a water bottle then there is a water fountains that the kiddos can quench.their thirst with and go back to playing. I know there are add on items because we have been to come of the parties there where they have a balloon drop and bubbles. It is located in a shared shopping center but since we always attend parties on the weekend then there are no issues with parking. As a guest it is fun, seems organized, and we can leave right when the party ends. Haha If you decided to have a birthday party here then be sure to invite us! Haha JK jk.

Professional & Fun…read more I never knew this place existed at first. Now, I can't stop talking about them to friends and family. Looking for swimming locations that offered adult lessons I located The Aquatic Academy. Holly is just the nicest person you would ever want to answer your questions. She went above and beyond when it came to assisting me. She even walked me through my online account setup. I'm too excited about my 1st lesson. I will definitely let you guys know how it goes!

I insist on my girls learning to swim as I see it as a life skill. I found TAA 8 years ago and have…read morereturned here every year. My 8 year old is a decent swimmer (thanks to TAA), and honestly she doesn't "need" swim lessons anymore. However, I keep her in lessons so she will improve. My youngest has been terrified on swimming until today. Today was the first lesson she didn't scream the entire time, and became a "participant" in the swim lesson thanks to Charyl. Yes. Her screams got dunked. Yes. Charyl has been consistent the entire time giving helpful instruction and warnings before the dunking. After reading a few reviews I feel the need to state that I trust Charyl and her coaches with my children, otherwise they would not be there. I do NOT feel that they bully children, in fact I'm confident that they love all the children they see. But honestly, as I stated, swimming is a life skill and children need to learn how to swim.

I can't ask for much from a place like this. Lol The target market is my children. As long as…read morethey're happy, I'm happy. The food is decent. I prefer it over Urban's food. My husband likes the wings. I'd like them too if they were more on the well done side but that's just me. (And I'm out numbered.) It's pretty clean. There's always someone wandering the place sweeping or wiping something down, even stocking. Kids are gross in general, but they do their best at managing it. A quick peek in the restroom revealed it was clean. Speaking of management, they're pretty cool. Mercedes took the time to explain the memebership to us. (We had it last year but don't remember how that stuff works.) no complaints here about customer service.

I have not been in Chuck E Cheese in years but every time we pass my granddaughter beg me to stop…read moreso today I did just that and she had a blast. There are many loud machines and lights that draw their little eyes and make you spend money on things they can't play. But she is 2 so they have nice bouncing houses and interactive slides that are age appropriate. The check in process has changed so they have you take a picture with the kid/kids on your phone and then you show the same picture at checkout. Chuck E did appear for a moment and she went wild half excited half frightened. We decided to eat dinner and that's when I remember why i had not eaten there. I ordered her the meal and play for 12.00 and the choices were 3 small slices of chicken pizza, celery sticks and a bottle of water or pizza bites, pineapple, celery and water. We chose the chicken pizza and it was cold and very hard. I chose the personal pizza and salad bar. She had to eat my pizza because it came out 20 minutes later and was fresh and hot. Not saying I will not bring her back to play but will feed before I go. Too much money for her to be disappointed with food 30ish dollars.
