Terrible customer service. We confirmed a date and time with them at our house to have our palm trees trimmed. They did not show up to the appointment and then we could not get a hold of anybody. Later that day we were told they did not service our area and they couldn't accommodate trimming our trees. Since they had our address, it should have been very apparent from the beginning if they did not service our area. Very disappointed in the service we received since we canceled other companies based on their confirmation. read more

Doug and Daniel did an exceptional job trimming my ten palm trees ranging from 10'-15' high in a timely manner. Daniel, who trimmed the palms, was very careful to drop the fronds away from our potted plants, my neighbor's homes as well as mine, and our putting green. I asked for my branches to be trimmed and cut back and I came home and they had already started working and the branches were essentially bald by the time I got home. He assured me it was fine and that I "wouldn't have to worry about the tree for years" well now the tree is totally dead and it was an almost 20 yr old tree never had any issues with it. I had another tree professional come look at the tree and they told me no professional would've ever done that and shouldn't have. I also asked to have two ground plants completely removed at the time of the tree trimming and those plants are both growing back now. I reached out to the company to let them know all of this and he basically responded in a defensive way, no accountability and no offer to fix what they caused. Used this company after going on yelp. Got set up with quick appointment, as hoa was getting on me about tree in front and frankly the 2 in back were killing my po. OVER CHARGED for basic back yard cleanup. I needed my backyard cleaned up after winter, nothing was too over grown, my yard isn't that big and I didn't need any trees trimmed. The business was quick to respond with a QUOTE for $180 (which I thought was high but since it was only a quote I thought it could be adjusted to match the actual work done) and to set up a time to come out but then didn't show up on the day they were supposed to be here. I reached out the day the service was supposed to be completed with no response until the next day. I spoke with the owner and he said he'd come out at 11 but they showed up at 9. It took the owner and one other person 1 hr and 15 min to finish the job with no special equipment, they didn't fertilize or seed or trim trees or bushes. They did a good job but nothing spectacular and still charged me $180! THAT'S $72 AN HOUR FOR TWO PEOPLE! The owner would not budge on the price. read more

Wow. So I asked 20 companies on Yelp for a quote to trim a bunch of palm trees in both a front and backyard. Doug came back very quickly with a quote. He beat the second lowest quote I received by $20. I would also like to note he is licensed and insured which was important for us. After reviewing other experiences, I booked him.
