At least let a potential client know upfront, you are either too busy or not interested then provide excuses and lies you cannot meet up too. When I had my showroom in CA, customer service was performed to all our clients, hence why were slammed due to our response. Never EVER leave a client or potential client hanging. It is rude, disrespectful, and extremely unprofessional. I told my employees ALWAYS return a call and never lie to the clients. It is harder to remember lies than the truth. I made a quick run to Ace to see if they had any replacement clips while he checked his truck for any spares. When I came back empty handed I found him using the one good clip I had from the second shower as a template to make a new clip out of wire from his truck. Instead of being stuck w/o water all day while driving across town to plumbing store to find the part, this guy had me up and running in 30 extra minutes.
