This little shop is located right next-door to Macy's on the second floor in the Arrowhead Town Center Indoor mall. A few days ago, I noticed my watch stopped so I went back in to get a new battery. I couldn't remember, but I thought I had received a warranty on my battery when I purchased it in 2023. My service rep was extremely friendly and polite. She asked what my phone number was and found my account. She said my warranty was up in 2028 and she'd have my watch with a new battery ready for me in 15 minutes. I shopped around the mall staying in the area and received a text in 15 minutes that my order was ready. I returned and she handed me my watch and a receipt with $0 charge. Great all-around experience here and I will definitely be returning. I love honest and organized businesses. No haggle and very convenient and easy for the customer. Another touch I love about this place is they clean up your watches and jewelry and also set them to the correct time and date.

I have used this small shop successfully for minor repairs under the past ownership, and I was impressed by the continued great customer service. I really appreciated the time they took. Unfortunately, when they examined my ring, they noticed the mounting had cracks which could lead to the diamond falling out. (They showed me). The repair would be expensive, but what shocked me was when I was told that a jeweler with different equipment might be able to laser-weld the repair for far less. This was not something I wanted to invest a lot of money in, and I really appreciated their helpfulness and giving me an option. That will be remembered when I have other needs, or someone is looking for a jeweler.

John was extremely helpful in helping us decide the correct size and suggested beads to help find the middle ground between fitting over her knuckle and staying in place once on her finger. John also noticed that the prongs on the ring had come slightly loose and educated us on checking regularly (and what to check) to ensure the stone stays in place. John was honest with us throughout the process, but respectful of what we needed and wanted for such an important part of our lives.
