This little shop is located right next-door to Macy's on the second floor in the Arrowhead Town Center Indoor mall. A few days ago, I noticed my watch stopped so I went back in to get a new battery. I couldn't remember, but I thought I had received a warranty on my battery when I purchased it in 2023. My service rep was extremely friendly and polite. She asked what my phone number was and found my account. She said my warranty was up in 2028 and she'd have my watch with a new battery ready for me in 15 minutes. I shopped around the mall staying in the area and received a text in 15 minutes that my order was ready. I returned and she handed me my watch and a receipt with $0 charge. Great all-around experience here and I will definitely be returning. I love honest and organized businesses. No haggle and very convenient and easy for the customer. Another touch I love about this place is they clean up your watches and jewelry and also set them to the correct time and date.

I came in the looking for a cute gold piece of jewelry and Arthur, the owner, was so thorough in helping me find the right piece for me (I can be quite indecisive so I really appreciated him taking the time). Once I decided on my purchase, he polished it and put my bracelet on for me, teaching me how to do it by myself. I didn't have cash, but he was flexible and let me Zelle him. A few days later, I went to put it on and noticed that a tiny part on my bracelet detached and I couldn't wear it. I wasn't tripping because I bought previously-owned jewelry and I knew all it needed was a little solder. I come in the next day to show Arthur, who was happy to complimentarily solder it and said I could pick it back up in just a couple days! We stopped in, on a Sunday afternoon, and immediately were greeted and taken care off, by the gentlemen working ( believe he owns the place? ) The entire process was, surprisingly, quick and easy.
