+This was our second visit....both visits to have a pin replaced in my watch band.....Eddie replaced the pins both times, and insisted on no charge.....where do you find that in this day and age? I don't know how I've never came across V Jewelers until this week. I've been in this parking lot many times and just never noticed it. It's not a large location, but definitely holds some beautiful items. I came in looking for a gift or who am I kidding....also probably something for me lol. Service was pretty non existent. I emailed them to see the cost to resize a ring from a 6 to a 7. I was responded with 40 to a hundred dollars. I thought that was a great deal. When I went there. I was told they are backed up because of Christmas? I'm not sure what Christmas has to do with repairs. I was told 250.00 if I want it done soon other wise 150.00. Needless to say I'm smart enough to know when I'm being ripped off. And they never bothered to tell me if I take the ring back were I bought it that they would do it for free. I called and spoke with Joy and she was sincere and friendly answered my questions and instantly I knew it was the place to go. When we went in and Joy waited on us and just as she was on phone. Friendly, personable -- perfect. We talked and I left a ring to be resized and my wedding ring to be fixed. I had also asked about a battery for my Seiko and yes they replaced it while I was there and replaced a gasket. Full service! We also met Eddie the son and and he was great too. Eddie has the absolute best customer service! I went in to have a ring repaired and he told me I could have it Monday. When I told him I was leaving on Monday to go back to California he said they would make sure it was done by Saturday!! They have replaced stones in a custom ring and have done new rhodium plating on both of my rings. I recently brought my Movado watch in for a new battery. I was told that the existing battery in my watch was a cheap one and that it leaked and damaged the watch. I was then told that it would be "at least" $150 to repair my watch. Not knowing what to do, I left with my watch and thought about what to do. I brought it to New England Clock Shop for a second opinion. They opened it up on the spot and found no internal damage, replaced the battery, and charged me $5. Watch works fine now. My experience with V Jewelers was a shady one, will never go back, will never recommend the place. I am a believer in supporting small business...but really disappointed in this one. read more

This Jeweler is always where we go! I have been there many times for repair, cleaning, and purchase. My husband got my Christmas present there and they made sure it arrived before the holiday! They are always very friendly, in constant communication (text when your jewelry is done or arrived) and just really Plesant to work with. Most recently we went In To upgrade my engagement band....I had smaller stones on the side and a halo that kept falling out due to size (did not get the original setting at V's). They helped me with repair initially and I eventually decided to get the exact setting with a thicker band therefore more secure stone settings. Daniel was awesome with suggesting he could custom make one that looked exactly the same just more sturdy. He ended up ordering one in, and it was perfect! It looked exactly like my original, which I wanted, just....bigger! We got the ring back the next day, after he reset my center stone from the original ring to the new one, and even cleaned and polished my wedding band to match. Will consistently go back to these guys for all my jewelry needs! read more
