My husband and I came to Treasures for a custom 20th anniversary ring. I wanted a 6 carat oval upgrade and sent my design inspiration via text. We spoke with the owner Scott in person about finding the perfect oval diamond for my vision. He said he had won awards and we trusted he could help create a beautiful piece for me to wear. Scott speaks so highly of all of the custom pieces that he personally wears so in my mind, I thought he would understand the importance of having a custom piece you could be proud of. He said give him a week and he'd have some diamonds for me to look at. That was March 26th, it's now June 12th. No phone call, nothing. I texted the phone I was told to with my design idea to verify it was the correct number. We're going to go with a different jeweler that can take this as an opportunity to help a couple celebrate a huge milestone in their marriage properly. TLDR; It took FOUR attempts to complete a simple upgrade properly. Quoted 7-10 day turnaround time but ultimately took 24 days. Quoted $150, final cost was actually $176. This place is dishonest and has poor craftsmanship. Came in for a simple hardware upgrade on my gold chain (change from circle clasp to lobster claw) and was quoted $150 with a lead time of 7-10 days. I requested that they return my original hardware upon pick up. Attempt 1: they "misplaced" my hardware and told me only one person knew where it would be and she wasn't in, so I would have to come back later. Attempt 2: they called a few days later, said they found my hardware so I went back and while inspecting my necklace I realized my pendant had been installed backwards. There was no way to flip it right side out without removing the new hardware so I had to leave it for another week. They told me they would have the jeweler remove hardware, flip the pendant right side out, and then resolder hardware back in place. Attempt 3: to my surprise, they called the next day. While I was inspecting the new work I noticed that they hadn't done what they promised, instead they lazily pinched the hardware with pliers leaving it banged up and misshapen so they could slip the pendant off! It looked horrible and for $150 I definitely was not accepting this. While discussing with the salesperson, the owner overheard and inserted himself into the situation. He was too worried about defending his ego and crappy work rather than making it right. First he tried to tell me it wasn't misshapen and it's supposed to be oval. Then I showed him how the hardware ring was buckled and twisted from a side profile view, wouldn't lay flat, and was no longer symmetrical, and he got defensive and mentioned no less than 3 times that they're "an award winning jeweler". This was really infuriating and tone deaf. Attempt 4: FINALLY they seem to have fulfilled their end of the agreement and reinstalled a new ring but at a final cost of $176! I was beyond disappointed with the owner's attitude, the jeweler's craftsmanship, the price, and overall lack of finesse of this place. The only redeeming quality is that the rest of the staff was very kind, but not enough to overcome the rest of the shortfalls. read more

The people at Treasures Jewlers are amazing and so friendly. I happened on this store from a recommendation from a friend. I went there and first met Denise. Oh boy was she a total spitfire. She helped me pick out side rings guards for my wife's engagement ring. They were a huge hit. After our vowel renewal I brought my wife to have the rings soldered together. Again Denise helped me and the wife. We also then met Scott and Danielle the owners and the sir daughter Jessica. All were such a delight. Since then I purchased a beautiful set of earrings for her my wife's birthday and another set for Christmas along with a beautiful diamond tennis bracelet. Long review warning! First and foremost if you don't want to read the entire thing you can stop here knowing this is the best jewelry store in the area, state, possibly country. I came to Treasures with a complicated request of wanting a custom engagement ring. I had no idea what I was doing. I had a rough idea of a design and that was it. First - they shared their incredible knowledge with me. No scammy sales associates here... this is a family owned and operated business. They taught me about diamonds even helped me hone in my search. You don't even need to go through this I would just trust their judgement! (Now that I went through the process) Second - As you will see in the photos they went through the design stages with me. Confirming with me at each step that I was still on board and tweaked little details. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Once my ring was complete I was able to get it and to say it blew my expectations out of the water is an understatement. Keep in mind we started from a picture and a paper sketch of mine. They are professional. They are accurate. They are skilled at their craft. Most important in an industry like this they are trustworthy. I can't speaker higher of this establishment. Stay away !!! Scott won't stand behind his work . We bought 2 rings from him 10 months ago . My wife is a nurse so she Use the ring only on weekend . Now one of the diamonds fell off we went back to Scott and he said it will cost $75 because " we damage it" . So my wife asked if it's not under Wear and tear he said no because it's damaged, so we took the ring the 4 different stores to Verify his story , they all said the same, not only the it need to be under wear and tear there is also 3 other Diamond loose . We went back to Scott that said in his nice words said "I'm the best I won many Awards I know what I am talking about" and refused to fixed it . On top of that he said that if we will fix it anywhere else we will lose all the Warranty. Guess what Scott you don't cover $75 of wear and tear so you don't even have warranty. He is an a scammer in my eyes. Feel like a dishonest person to me and wouldn't recommend anyone to have the same experience we had . STAY AWAY !!! I hope to see advancements and improvements to truly command prices marked. As far as repair and cleaning? Scott or his staff cannot even clean a .999 PAMP Suisse solid 5g gold bar without completely ruining a major detail with improper handling of pure gold. I'm a little bummed I'm just having my first experience with them but I can say I'll definitely be back and they're going to be my go to jeweler. Went here on a recommendation to get an engagement ring made and had a terrible experience. Was told it would be 3-4 weeks and price sounded right so the owner told me he would text over the design and we would go from there. Two weeks went by and didn't hear anything so called them to find out what was going on and was told the owner was out of town, sick, just excuses but that he was supposed to be in office the next day and I would get a call back then. Another week passed by and still haven't gotten a call so called again and nobody answered so I left a message but still can't get anyone to call me back almost a month later. I can't even get the courtesy of a call back so there's no way that I would trust them with something as important as an engagement ring. Edit: I did get a call back from Scott the owner after leaving a message and he apologized and admitted that he botched this one.
