Conveniently located in the mall- the decor is modern and bright. - tables and floor clean. Fast casual- you order at the register and you get a beeper when the order is ready. I ordered the 3 spring rolls- nothing special- flavor was bland. A bit high priced but you are the mall. The deluxe pho came out and the soup was not too hot temperature - should be boiling. Lots of meats - cut too thick. Soup was great and watered down. $17.95 not worth it. I'll drive to the city to get pho. Won't be back unless the food improves...

Still my favorite pho place in the whole area. I especially like when Jason is running the registers--he's the best, most friendly among the whole crew.

I ordered banh mi and pho. This is my second time ordering from here where their plastic packaging is flimsy and the soup spills all over everything. Looks like they took the feedback from last DoorDash review to heart and really went out of their way to improve. This is what an order of pho, with extra meat and broth looks like. Thanks a lot.

This is currently the only Vietnamese spot in the mall, located upstairs by the food court. It's a canteen style setup--you order at the counter and help yourself to condiments at the self serve station, so don't wait for a server. They'll give you a number and you'll pick up your food when it's ready. I tried the Short Ribs Deluxe Pho and the Banh Mi, both were pretty good, and the short rib portion was huge, I even had to take some home.

I came here with a coworker when we had a craving for pho. Since he's Viet and loves pho I trusted his opinion on where to get pho in this area. The place is really cute inside and the staff is very nice. We went with the lunch special where you get two phos + an appetizer for $40. It was a steep price for the food but figured since its in the KOP mall things needed to be pricier. We sat down and waiting for the food to be ready. I got the deluxe pho which contained brisket, steak and beef meatballs. The broth (which is the most important!) was very flavorful and the meat was also plentiful. I feel that some places always skimp on the meat or do an extra charge for more meat/toppings etc. The pork and shrimp pork rolls were perfectly fried and had good flavors. I also got a Thai coffee boba tea to go which was also pricey (~$7). It was pretty good as well. Overall its not the best pho I've had but its pretty decent for the KOP area where there are limited pho options. Would come back again when I get another craving of pho!

Perfect food, lovely staff in a little spot. The pho broth is fantastic delicate and delicious. I have loved everything I've had at Saigon eats.. This is a little counter order restaurant in King of Prussia Mall near Dick's Sporting Goods. It's been crowded every time I've gone and I order DoorDash often. I actually love their food. Simple delicious food that feels healthy.

I think I've found my new favorite Vietnamese restaurant in a mall of all places. The food here is amazing and very authentic. It rivals some of the best Vietnamese restaurants I've been to including Phô Today in Chinatown/Bridgewater, NJ. If you're in the King of Prussia Mall and love pho then this is a must visit restaurant.

Located inside the King of Prussia Mall next to Dick's Sporting Goods, this charming spot offers delicious Vietnamese comfort food--perfect for refueling after a long day of shopping. The ordering process is simple: place your order at the counter, grab a table, and pick up your food when it's ready. A couple of our favorites include: - Bún Bò Huế: A spicy noodle soup with a variety of beef cuts that will warm you up on a chilly day. - Grilled Honey Chicken Bánh Mì: A perfect balance of sweet and savory flavors in a delicious sandwich. They also have lots of other options like summer rolls, pho, vermicelli bowls and drinks. This place is a great option for a quick, tasty meal with comforting, bold flavors!

I went back and got the pho as that's what everyone else was saying was delicious. And they were right! The broth was great and flavorful. I got the filet and beef balls. It was a generous portion of meat and very tender. I would definitely get the pho !

Tried the Deluxe Rice Bowl and Mango Guava Fruit Tea--absolutely incredible, 10/10. Loved the beautiful ambiance and the convenient self-service station with water and a variety of condiments. Definitely coming back! :)

Another amazing trip to Saigon Eats the other day! I couldn't NOT leave another review for this incredible pho place. The soup is so flavorful and rich, I feel like I will definitely become a regular here. I also tried the Calm Down Perk Up which is matcha and espresso together and it was very tasty! Kind and quick staff as well!

We tried the Shrimp Pho and the deluxe pho. Also an order of pork and shrimp spring rolls.

Great spot! I stopped by for lunch with a friend, and we both really enjoyed our dishes. It was a…read morehot day, so I opted for a banh mi rather than any kind of pho, and it was really good - shrimp banh mi, holding the mayo. The bread was just the right level of crispy, and all the ingredients were right on point. Definitely would come back to try another banh mi, or another dish! They were good about service as well - the server came by many times to refill our water, and when I had a complaint about what didn't look right in my sandwich the first time, he went and made another one. Inside, it's not a huge space, but it looks nice inside and is pretty clean. Probably not great for a big group, but good for smaller groups. I'd be down to return!

The food was not good. Dumbed down. Missing almost everything I expect in Vietnamese/Thai food…read more.. mint, Thai basil, cilantro, fish sauce, chiles, maybe perilla, lemongrass, garlic, ginger, shallots, etc.. Biting into the small summer roll ("Garden Roll") was the opposite of the refreshing crisp, pop-of-herbs & vegetable bite, I expect. Peanut sauce was OK. Banh mi didn't seem to be dressed and had no jalapenos, but did have a sprig (1) of cilantro. Dominant flavor came from the sesame seeds on the roll. Sauce for the salad was a one dimensional - a thin sugar syrup. Another bad meal in a trend of bad meals in this area. So who do I blame - the restaurant or the customers who ensure that bland food like this continues to be output ? Because, after all, a restaurant needs to please its customers to stay in business. Maybe the restaurant should post a warning or offer an option for authentic food. Oh, also... When I was trying to place the order through the website, it tells me orders are not being accepted. Then I'm sent to DoorDash to place the order. Seriously!? I used the phone.

Our Summer Rolls were well made, fresh, with decent dipping sauce and ground peanuts. The Roast Pork Banh Mi was also okay, but would have been a big winner had they used a more baguette type roll with proper crisp and crunch. Service was the one area where they really fell short. Perhaps because of the hour 4:00 p.m., we were the only customers in the house. The wait person seemed less than enthused to have to wait on us. She never smiled, nor brought us place settings. We ate carefully to avoid dropping food on the table, floor and our clothing. The serving dishes were too small for that purpose. She never gave us lemon or lime slices for our drinking water as requested. The mamasan was more pleasant in taking out credit card payment, wishing for our return in the future. Just not sure about that. Three pho-gettable Stars.

The service is poor with the greeter apparently thinking that he can get by without saying good afternoon or good evening when a customer greets him... and BTW he does speak English. A very arrogant little SOB who has not changed over the year. He does not understand the words "thank you" either and I noticed this with several customers and how they're greeted and those who have left this establishment without even being acknowledged after paying leaving a tip and walking past this person. The food is average at best and they serve inconsistent portions. The "greeter" blames it on the food that he gets from his supplier but when you have two meats in a dish and one is a third of the size of the other my question whether they have inventory control or just trying to rip their customers off. They never fill the quart container but always leave at least a 2 inch gap between the liquid and the top of the quart container. When I asked him to fill it, the price was almost the amount of the soup, which was $8.. needless to say that was my last straw and I won't be going back. Maybe this is how they do business in other countries but here in the United States we want what we pay for.. we work hard enough for it!
