The shrimp were tasty and I got veggie spring rolls, also tasty. But it's quite pricey for Vietnamese food. My Deluxe Vermicelli Bowl was $20. And my coffee drink was $10. We came here when it opened at 11am and there were a few people but it does get crowded later. Your order at the front and then sit down and wait for your order to be ready (they give a buzzer). I got the deluxe beef (I wish there was tendon and brisket in this but otherwise the broth is very flavorful and delicious). The bowl was about $19. It's a canteen style setup--you order at the counter and help yourself to condiments at the self serve station, so don't wait for a server. I came here with a coworker when we had a craving for pho. Since he's Viet and loves pho I trusted his opinion on where to get pho in this area. The place is really cute inside and the staff is very nice. We went with the lunch special where you get two phos + an appetizer for $40. It was a steep price for the food but figured since its in the KOP mall things needed to be pricier. We sat down and waiting for the food to be ready. I got the deluxe pho which contained brisket, steak and beef meatballs. The broth (which is the most important!) was very flavorful and the meat was also plentiful. I feel that some places always skimp on the meat or do an extra charge for more meat/toppings etc. The pork and shrimp pork rolls were perfectly fried and had good flavors. I also got a Thai coffee boba tea to go which was also pricey (~$7). It was pretty good as well. I was not expecting to find the best pho in the burbs at the mall, but it really is! Hubby and I got the pho and the bun bo hue and the broth for each was wonderfully rich in flavor and so comforting during this cold weather. The prices might seem the tiniest bit high but they really do not skimp on the meat, which is clearly good quality. Just writing this review has me craving another bowl! Service was fast, and the restaurant is cute if a bit small and tucked away in the mall. i commend them for putting a vietnamese place in the mall, but the pho wasn't that great. the noodles were wildly overcooked. each time we picked them up with chopsticks, they broke. The noodles became mushy and mealy, which is a disappointment. The bo kho was not too bad. I like they had this option on the menu. Kudos to them for doing that. Speed and price was not bad. It rivals some of the best Vietnamese restaurants I've been to including Phô Today in Chinatown/Bridgewater, NJ. FINALLY! A knock-your-socks-off Vietnamese spot in MontCo!! It's been a while since I searched for good pho nearby; previous searches came up bust. But today? Today, I am sick and today, I was going to have pho, by gum. Now, I *found* Saigon Eats only by chance. Yelp didn't share the listing when I searched for pho. Neither did UberEats, DoorDash, or GrubHub. I never tap on sponsored posts, but my soup needs this evening were visceral and specific, so I took a chance. SCORE! I have a bowl of piping hot pho, its heat and spices helping to clear my sinuses and lungs, and I am content. Now, the pho is magnificent. The broth is absolutely delicious, the Thai basil and veggies are beautifully crisp and fresh. And the care that goes into preparing this meal for home delivery was A+. Every component packed separately so it's just as fresh as it would be in the restaurant. As if this were not enough, my dashing partner and I got other stuff, too! (1) Shrimp summer rolls. SO GOOD. And the peanut dipping sauce that you dunk them in is so tasty I could eat with a spoon. (2) Egg rolls! The guy's favorite, he said they were fantastic. (3) Fried fish balls. So, the jury is still out on these. The flavor is awesome. The Thai chile sauce they come with is GREAT. Lovely heat there. But the texture of the fish balls is... odd. Not BAD, just... odd. Tucked away in a far off corner of KoP mall, this restaurant is *legit*. They've got a bit of everything to accommodate all diners, from kids to adults, those familiar with pho and banh mi, and those who are not. Kids behind the counter were friendly, polite, and quick to bring out food and take care of a mess a customer accidentally created.
