Generally I'm not impressed by the food options nor the quality of food in Military towns, however Saigon Market is not the case. Personally I'd rank Saigon Market in my top 5 Vietnamese restaurants in the USA. Good customer service, GREAT PRICES, fantastic food, and a verity of options. This is one of the best Vietnamese grocery stores I've been to. They have tons of Southeast and East Asian products in the grocery store. There is a restaurant attached which serves delicious and affordable meals. The Pho and Bahn Mi sandwiches are outstanding! They also serve other Vietnamese dishes. I have eaten here numerous times over the last few years and have never been let down. The Bahn Mi, Pho, and everything else is delicious. My favorite is the BBH, which is spicy beef soup. The wait time between the time you order and the time it arrives at your table is very fast. Before I travel, I also like coming here and getting 2 or 3 (depending on how far I am flying) different Bahn Mi to eat. It is cheaper than eating in the airport and is healthier. Don't forget to grab a five-pack of the Bahn Mi bread from the market before you leave. They also have other great gems in the market area. read more

This place is wonderful! I moved here three years ago; this was the first place I tried and it had been one of my favorite places since then. This is consistently the best bowl of Pho I have ever had. Everybody is so friendly. And the place is just what it needs to be: table and chairs with little jars of their fantastic homemade chili oil on the tables, all on one side of a well-stocked grocery store. Perfect!
