We were exhausted and hungry after driving all day, and Fayetteville was our chosen spot for an overnight stay. Nearby, we started searching for a Thai or Chinese place--basically somewhere we could get some good rice based food--and we came across this restaurant. It's your typical Thai spot, and the food was genuinely very good. They don't serve food on plates; even though they have seating, everything comes in styrofoam containers, whether you dine in or take it to go. They provide plastic cutlery as well. Their biggest strength is speed. Service was incredibly fast. We ordered chicken fried rice, and the portion was huge--and delicious. The noodles were great too. We liked it so much that we ordered it again the next day, and our food was ready in just five minutes. Spice level: I enjoy spicy food, and they adjust the heat based on your request. So far this is the best place to go for Pad Thai in Fayetteville, NC. Large portions and delicious food. You all must try. Whenever I get that craving for Thai, this is it. Staff members are friendly and helpful. The fresh roll are delicious as well with the peanut sauce. it more of a take out but they do have it set up To dine in. I prefer to take it and go, it seems they are still set up for when Covid days was here, not really inviting to eat in. read more

Omg the food was definitely amazing and what everyone said it would be. Definitely worth the 20 min drive. I received a generous amount of food which is always a plus in my book. They had adequate seating inside maybe about 5 or 6 tables. The employees were really nice and welcoming. We stopped here during our road trip. We didn't feel like gas station food or fast food so we searched for local Asian food and we found this one. I didn't expect a legit Thai food here in the middle of NC, but this restaurant surprised me. Pad Thai was good and not too sweet. Fresh bean sprout, right amount of peanuts and on the side like it's supposed to. My husband got Thai fried rice with chicken because he read one of the reviews here raving about it and the guy was right. The fried rice here is the BOMB! It had generous amount of protein and vegetables (I'm talking about real vegetables here, not a lame frozen veggies mix with peas and carrots). Amazing service and great food. Stopped by for an early dinner while on our road trip. We were warmly greeted and our food was served quick! Nice and hot, fresh, and everything was wonderful. We had spring rolls, fresh rolls (which had the most amazing sweet and spicy peanut sauce), golden pouches, and fried dumplings. Our main dishes were beef pad Thai, spicy chicken lo mein, pork lo mein. Huge portions! Our ice waters were kept filled, and the gentleman working the front was super helpful and friendly. Really wanted to like this place as the staff was so friendly but it wasn't terrible.. we ordered the tom yum soup with chicken and it tasted pretty good. We also got the chicken and shrimp fried rice and the pad see eew and neither were very good. They were very bland (I asked for them both medium and there wasn't a bit of spice or seasoning or any flavor what so ever. The next day we both were extremely sick and have been running to the bathroom for the last 12 hours. We wanted to like this place but sadly will not be back to eat here again. All I've ever had is mild-medium Thai Chicken Fried rice and I've been eating it probably every other week for the last 3 years. Seriously, when I call for order, they know what's up. I'm interested to try the pad Thai, but can't bring myself away from the chicken fried rice. let me also go with saying I've had many thai fried rices around the entire US but nothing comes to the flavor of this one. Ordered a Chinese dish for lunch. White rice with soy sauce poured on top. The chicken was pre-fried (soggy) and they poured the general tsos sauce on top. I ended up being sick to my stomach for two days after. Gross. read more

I had one of their specialty soups. #10 with tofu. It was very good, lots of veggies, mushrooms were fresh, spice was perfect. This is not one of those thai restaurants where medium is unbearably hot, it was even on the mild side. Next time I'm going for the the hot. Prices were average. I love this little hole in the wall, it has great food. You cannot often find Tom Kha Gai soup, and they have the real deal with lemongrass in it! Pretty cheap, takes a bit because it's fresh, and tastes lovely. read more

This was the best thai restaurant in Fayetteville for take out, until the location on Cumberland Rd opened up. Hands down best Pad Woon Sen. It was a perfect medium (just like I requested), the beef was tender, it was loaded with veggies and very flavorful. I will eat here over and over again! read more

So good, I went two nights in a row. I would sum up this place as: delicious thai flavor at an excellent price! It's a take out or dine in place (nothing fancy, and it doesn't matter bc the food is good!) With friendly service, offering thai dishes and some chinese offerings as well. The first night I had the green curry and it's one of the best I've had yet- they really nailed it! So creamy and well rounded flavor. The second night I went for a number 28. I can't for the life of me remember the name, but it had wide rice noodles and the same sauce as drunken noodle. I asked for a medium and it came out as such. I ended up adding a touch of sugar (available in the condiment caddy) to balance out the salty and voila! Perfect. I opt for all veggies instead of meat in my dishes and there were ample veggies :) very satisfied customer here. Note: my food came out in a reasonable time, but they do get busy. Woth take out orders between 5 and 6pm, so it may take 15 minutes. When I'm in town next, I will for sure be back! read more

I went to Thai House Express on 316 N Eastern Blvd order food sweet sour chicken it came out chicken cut into pieces with syrup on top nasty, took food back and lady stated she couldn't correct my food or give my money back,because it's there policy not to. No policy posted and she said you should know what your ordering before you order new place to me, guess I am psychic or something very rude individual. I would never go back into thus place because customers don't matter, just getting our money matters. Amazing never again eat at the place again because if your order not right or they make a mistake tough it's your. She refused to fix order again or refund. Cares more about money than customer. The food looked horrible cut up chicken with syrup on it. Smh read more
