I fluctuate between going here and some other Thai or Vietnamese places in Fayetteville. So I had not been here for a while until I ate there today. The woman there, who seemed to a one person show, was pleasant, helpful and show great hospitality--anticipating so much I might need--personable, def. 5 stars there. She juggled helping multiple people smoothly. I got Green Curry lunch special--it was tasty and plenty for me for left overs. The spring rolls tasted garlicy and have a lot of flavor--which I liked. After being my go to spot for asian food for so many years, I'm disappointed to say it's changed. The restaurant has changed staff and ever since then, the food hasn't been as good as before. I would have to say the food is delicious, but their customer service stinks! For the past few months I have tried to place my order by phone as I have for over 10 years. However, now the only response on the telephone you get is a recording that the voice box has not been set-up. As I brought it to the attention of the young lady at the counter all I got was a smile and I'm sorry. They blame in on the telephone provider. The saddest part is that they don't seem to care. The food here is fabulous. You can either get fake Chinese food that we all crave sometimes, or you can have somewhat authentic Chinese and Thai dishes! I would recommend everyone eat here over any other Chinese in town by a lot. Now, for the negative. They always delivered and their delivery was fast and piping hot, making it one of the only delivery places that actually serves good food. Now you MUST order through speedwaiter which means your affordable Chinese food now costs $15-20 more than it normally did, and you're flipping a coin on whether or not your order is correct or your food will actually be hot when it arrives. This is an absolute travesty, and on top of that you can't even place an order online to go pick it up, and we used to do that all the time. You must call and speak to someone, so if you're ordering with a large group you'll have to leave the room and go somewhere quiet, which is 2018 is honestly unacceptable. The best Tom Ki Guy I've ever had. Anywhere. And that includes San Fransisco. The dine-in is a small and exposed area, the service is slow because they make it to order. But the Thai food is great. Be sure to try the spring rolls and the soups. I'm not a big fan of the Chinese dishes they make here but I know others who are. read more

However, if you want some great and close to authentic Thai food, then you definitely have to visit. If you order off their lunch menu, you get 2 spring rolls that are expertly fried to golden crispness with your order. Great food! Huge portions! My husband & I purchased 3 meals. He got the Chinese Sweet & Sour Chicken. He loved how crunchy the coating on the chicken was & said the sauce was perfect. Sometimes with other restaurants he'll complain that it's too sweet. I got the Chinese Sesame Chicken & enjoyed it but if you don't like sweet, this dish is not for you. The Beef Lo Mein was good too. They don't short you on the veggies like a lot of places do but I wish there had been more beef in the Lo Mein. Lastly, when I said this place had huge portions, I wasn't kidding. Our 3 dishes in their to go boxes felt like they weighed 8-10 pounds. One meal will feed you at least twice, maybe even 3 to 4 times? So this is a good place to share meals at or score leftovers at, lol. read more

If you looking for a restaurant to blame the customer then you found the right place. I ordered Sweet and Sour chicken. When I got there the wasn't ready. I paid and the she said should be out next. Got got home and ready to eat the chicken and it was soggy and burnt. I called and explained and the lady I spoke to told me in the future ask for the sauce on the side because Sweet and Sour also Sesame chicken get soggy quick. Then she said sorry about that baby. They have always been quick with their service and the food is always steaming hot no matter how late I am to pick up my call in order. That home made sweet and sour sauce is to die for. Very good customer service. I had the pad Thai lunch special. While it normally includes shrimp and chicken, they were nice enough to substitute tofu for the chicken. The pad Thai special came with fried spring rolls (soooo good). The dish itself, however, was a bit sweet and wet for my taste.
