I enjoyed the Khao Soi overall. The curry was flavorful and buttery. However, it was a little more watery than I prefer, and while it was good, it wasn't quite as good as the best Khao Soi I've had elsewhere. I also would have preferred traditional egg noodles instead of the wider white noodles used here. One thing I would have liked to see was more vegetables. There was certainly no shortage of carbs--I ended up with both rice and noodles left over. The small bowl of broth was tasty, but I'm not used to having rice soaking in it.
