Great flavors and fast service! Loved everything we ordered, especially the bahn mi (their pork is so yummy here in all dishes, the bread was fresh and warm), which disappeared before I could get a photo. I like that they do a kids portion of the pho since the little one likes soup but can't eat much. Great customization options for all the soups and nice relaxing atmosphere inside. Stop by after or before your next IKEA trip!
I got the kids menu pho which was $7 the added the veggies for $5! However the serving size for me was just enough for me! I also added a spring roll and it was delicious (best peanut sauce I've had within the area). ($7 for spring rolls). I did take it to go and the containers were good and sustainable. The service was quick and easy! It was busy and super cute in the inside.
Wow so good. Very friendly service. Clean place. I got the spicy noodles. Spring Rolls and Crab rolls. Everything is excellent. Perfectly spiced. You won't go wrong Trying Saigon Noodle Bar.

I also loved the sides of sprouts and various sauces or chili paste was available to add but I didn't want to cover up the broth. I also ordered an iced coffee. The flavor was good but the cup was only filled up 3/4 and that was with ice. The value didn't match the price. Fantastic service and our meal was delivered to the table quickly. The menu is expansive beyond pho. Pay at the counter once ready. I'll be recommending this restaurant to my coworkers and friends in West Chester.
Maybe I picked a very, very bad day, but I was not at all pleased. I arrived about 11:10 AM and the open sign was not lit...I approached the door though and they were open. My first impression was an overall lack of cleanliness. There was debris on the floor, a squirt bottle of cleaner and some type of bowl sitting alone atop a table where customers would sit, a very sloppy and unappetizing staff area in full view (which included pitchers of water just sitting there), and a cart of dirty dishes also in full view. Mind this was immediately after opening, not at the end of a crazy busy day. Since I was doing take out I let this pass, but even the counter area just felt.... grungy. To be fair, there was an additional dining area on the other side of the staff area where some people were seated - maybe if you are dining in they usher you there and it is in better condition. But the first impression was not a good one. The options for filling in the banh mi are very limited. I went with the pork and ordered two of these to go, along with an order of spring rolls. I paid, sat and waited. The bag was brought to me and I headed home. I noticed at home one of the two wrapped sandwiches had "pork" written on the wrapper but the other was blank. The meat inside (which was skimpy) was not the same on both sandwiches. I think the second one was chicken. They were not super flavorful and when it's hard to tell what the meat is, I get a little nervous. The spring rolls were good but on the smaller side. The menu said $7 for the banh mi but they charged $8. I didn't bother to argue since I'm not coming back. I recommend a short drive to Vietnamese Noodles & Sandwiches on Princeton-Glendale Road, five minutes away and so much better.
Ordered the rare beef pho and enjoyed it. Was the perfect dish for a cold winter night. My sister ordered the spicy beef noodle soup and I think personally I'm just not a fan of this anywhere as the entire dish just has a very strong beef flavor. However would recommend the pho. The ambiance of the restaurant was nice too and our server was very kind and helpful:)
Modern vietnamese noodle spot with great flavor albeit a little different (and pricier) than I am used to. Rating 8/10 Cost w/ tip $22 Pros: Good all around. Cons: Price compared to other places. Our group of 6 got lunch here and the location is easy to find, park, and looks nice. The whole restaurant is modern complete with metal bowls, black decor, and a plant and "translation" wall. I got the Bun Bo Hue and the flavor was sweeter than normal but still very good. The dish was a satisfying amount and the meet was great quality. It sucked to pay $3 more for the rare steak which I am used to being part of the meal. Staff were polite, friendly, and made good recommendation and we were never rushed to leave while we chatted. Since Pho Kimmy changed ownership I would say this is my go to place unless someone Mom is cooking that day.
My family visited the Saigon Noodle Bar in West Chester, OH in early July 2023 for an informal lunch with pho during a day trip from Cincinnati to Dayton. This place has many pluses. First, the location is super convenient for folks who are traveling to Dayton (about 2-3 minutes from I-75 just north of the intersection with Cincinnati's beltway aka I-275). Second, the chicken pho soup was delicious with a clean aftertaste. Third, the interior was filled with light (from windows on both sides) with relaxed piano music in the background. Fourth, the service was professional and friendly! Overall, we would return here again. If we lived in the Cincy area, this place would be one of our solid "go-to" restaurants without a doubt.
Saigon Noodle Bar is in West Chester, OH. I'm staying in the area on a work trip and had it mind to try a different vegetarian-friendly place every night. I've been wanting either Thai or Vietnamese food for a while but also something familiar as well. I usually get a Banh Mi sandwich, so was looking for places that offered it. Cue Saigon Noodle Bar. Saigon is such a cool name. Of course you can't fit "Ho Chi Minh City" on a sign, but didn't want to bring that up with the owners because who knows the history there? I would describe the ambiance as part "carry out" and part "seated place." There's one person who waits on everyone, but once you place your order- you don't really need constant waiter service. You have sauces, napkins, utensils all at your table. I ordered the veggie egg rolls and vegetarian Banh Mi sandwich. I can tell you that they were hot! The spring roll nearly burnt the roof of my mouth. Tasty, but wowsa they were hot. The Banh Mi didn't seem huge, but it was very filling. I liked the tofu they used along with the veggies. The baguette was really good. Soft but also crispy, somehow. I think it was 4/5 for me, because it didn't stand out from the other Banh Mi sandwiches I've had. I would say that the price was really decent. It was $7 for the sandwich and $6 for the egg rolls. One piece of advice is to have cash on hand, because they tack on a 3.5% service charge if paying by credit card. Like some old school pizza place that's hiding money from the IRS. 8/10 would recommend. You won't be disappointed if needing go-to Vietnamese food.

Great restaurant across the board. The space itself is very nice with lots of natural light, super friendly staff that are quick and attentive. Was sat immediately and out the door in less than a minute after I was done eating. That's the efficiency we all dream about. Food was great. Got tho pho and some spring rolls. I have never been to Vietnam and am extremely white but I can definitely say this is the most authentic Vietnamese food in Cincinnati area. read more
EXCELLENT eats! We randomly came here for dinner while in town on a long weekend get away. The atmosphere is very laid back, very clean place. The staff was awesome, Jason was GREAT to deal with! Made the experience even better talking with him. Service was fast and friendly. The food was great! SO good! We tried a variety of things, be sure to check out my pics. We would gladly come back! Especially love this place when I don't feel great due to sinus or cold. We are both getting over a sinus cold that has our throats sore. I usually get the chicken pho but without chicken...with chicken broth so not vegetarian. I always ask for extra onion and egg noodles. Well didnt look like they gave the type of noodles I asked and no extra onions so that was bummer. But it was hot and felt good to my throat. I dont know if they are under new owners. Menu had changed and soup spoon were flimsy plastic. Did like they now give a small pitcher of water as there cups are tiny. I always get the smaller bowl and take half of it home ... the large is huge. I always try the broth then decide if I'm adding any other sauces to it. My daughter and I had lunch there today. I had the beef stew. My daughter had the Vegan Pho. The food was hot and amazing. The service was exemplary. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. This is going to be a regular stop for us. read more

Definitely,,,, Definitely My favorite PHO and Vietnamese GO TO in the city and I'm lucky enough to have it located 5 minutes from my house . I walk in as they open at 11:00 and I'm there at 11:03 greeted with smiles and all the great smells you would imagine from the prep going on in the kitchen. The Owner greets me and knows me so well and immediately says if I were you I would get the special he just cooked for today. This Beefy Bowl of greatness was the most tender cut of beef rib , I pulled the bone out and cut the huge beef rib into pieces with the right amount of fat just soaking in the hot broth adding to the already pleasant experience. Nothing but 2 thumbs up and a very welcomed surprise from my Vietnamese family who's always keeping me and my palate happy Thank you and I would HIGHLY SUGGEST this special read more

We ordered carryout, and the food was delicious. They prepared it quicker than we expected. 1. Veggie egg rolls - these were delicious. However, need a sweet chili sauce on the side. We used it from another noodle dish, and it paired nicely and elevated these. (4.5/5 ) 2. Crab Rangoon - these had great flavors and quality ingredients. These were also missing a side sauce, but we used the same from above, and it was tasty. (4.5/5 ) 3. Tofu noodle bowl - the noodles with paired peanut sauce worked. The side of fresh veggies was a nice pairing, and the tofu was prepared well. (4.5/5 ) 4. Fried rice and chicken - this may be my new favorite fried rice dish. They added a fresh ingredient (suspect coconut), and it really lightened the flavor profile. We easily ate all of this. This is definitely an order every time dish. (5/5 ) 5. Pork noodle bowl - this was also very good. The pork was seasoned well and paired nicely with the noodles. (4.5/5 ) Overall, it is a solid restaurant, and we will be adding to our rotation. read more
Have eaten here for years and it's my favorite place for Pho. The beef stew here is a particular favorite as it's got a bit of spice and is a heartier broth to boot. Service can be a bit slow but it's a family type place and generally 1 person handling the whole lobby. Ambiance is plain but always clean, even the bathrooms and the dining area has windows all around so it's got a nice feel. read more

The food was OK. Didn't get fish sauce and lettuce with my egg rolls. The peanut sauce for the spring rolls was mediocre. The meat was over-sauced with an overwhelming sauce. The sticky rice was a bit dry. The best thing was the steamed wontons but that doesn't create an urge to go back. The service was ok. The place needs some TLC. A bit loud inside. Overall it was an OK meal and OK experience. read more

The food was great! Awesome atmosphere. Clean place as well fast service. Knowledgeable on menu and what to offer. I would like to see more Vietnamese orginal dishes or specials on the menu too but it was very delicious and I enjoyed my meal completely. I thought it was worth stopping by on our road trip and it turned out to be an A+ location everything tasted fresh and delicious. They even have fresh sugarcane juice and teas. The jasmine tea was my go to but the sugarcane was delicious too. If you near the region and want to try some great soups stop by here and it won't be a missed opportunity for sure ! read more

Starting this review by diving right into the service. It was some of the best I have had in a long, long time. The staff helped me decide what to order, pointed out some special Vietnamese decor around the restaurant, and brought out my food so fast. They checked on me countless times and brought me a pitcher of water. I ordered one of their specials-- a bowl of udon soup with pork, crab, quail eggs, and onions. It was HUGE and came out hot, but not scalding. The presentation was beautiful-- a big metal bowl and a plate of optional toppings like bean sprouts, jalapenos, and green onions. I was a little underwhelmed with the flavor of the soup. It could've used more seasoning. I added siracha and some of the seasoning on the table. It helped. It tasted best when I took it home and added soy sauce. However, the udon noodles were great and the pork was cooked perfectly! While the soup wasn't my absolute favorite, I am still planning to go back and try more of the menu. Excited to find my favorite dish! read more

I honestly think this is one of the best Vietnamese food I have ever had! The broth is so rich and delicious and the spring rolls are so fresh! I also love their sugar cane juice!!! Although service can be a bit faster, I think the food is worth the wait!! Highly recommend!! read more
I enjoy coming here when I'm craving pho. Portions are generous even for the regular sized bowl (there is a larger size bowl available if you want more pho). The broth is on the saltier side, but the meat portions are decent. I've also had the tofu appetizer and the sugar cane juice and recommend both. I look forward to trying out the other dishes and desserts that they have available. Service is friendly, and parking is easy peezy. read more

It had been about 25 since I last had Vietnamese food...mainly because I'm one of those freaky people who thinks it tastes like soap. Who would have ever thought that I could just say, "No cilantro please." Anyway, my daughter brought us here. We got some crispy tofu and crab Rangoon. The Rangoon was very good and you could actually taste the crab. The crispy tofu was some of the best I've ever had. It was the perfect amount of crispy and the taste was awesome. My wife got the Beef Pho. It was so good! The broth was just like I imagined it from watching TV shows. I got the beef noodle dish, which was just as good. Its kind of hard to describe. My daughter got tofu fried rice. It was seasoned very well and delicious as well. I got a mango Boba tea, which I'd never had before. It was sweet, but I loved it!! Do it!!!! read more

Crab rangoons were delicious. Pho was piping hot and very good flavor. Hubby had the shrimp fried rice and liked it. My only complaint is that the place was very chilly. I had to keep my gust on. read more

Excellent food the two times we've been so far. Broth is excellent, maybe the best in the city. Large variety of different types too! The younger girl up front taking orders is also very friendly and quick Very modern appearance- although some of the chipped chairs could be refinished. Doesn't take away from the overall feel. read more
