    Maui roll

Fantastic sushi and hibachi. My favorite rolls are the Sonic (a fried roll) and the Maui. The hibachi meals are so large that you can easily get two meals out of them. They are quick to get your order done, the food is delicious, and they are always friendly. I highly recommend! There are a few vegetarian options- Sonic, Maui (sub tofu for crab), and the Ubee roll.

This is a truck located right across from tobacco town, in between cricket and enterprise. I have seen some photos of food made by Saiko from multiple people and it always looks amazing! The gyozas are pretty good, they would be better fried and even better hot cause mine weren't. The steak is perfectly cooked and seasoned, the shrimp are jumbo and also cooked to perfection. The chicken is moist and compliments both the steak and shrimp, if you decide to get all 3. Surprisingly the service is speedy and everyone is very friendly as well. It must be a new found gem for this town because I counted at least 10 cars pull up from the time I got there to the time I left; which was only 20 minutes. I'm glad that there a place in my hometown that has come here to show others how to do hibachi the RIGHT WAY!

So much food at a reasonable price. Steak is cooked to perfection and everything has great flavor. They are polite and the food is freshly cooked to order. Showed up at lunch thinking stuff might be pre-cooked, but nope... nice and fresh. Worth the 6 to 8 minute wait. Canned soda is a dollar, so grab a drink elsewhere.

I've only been there once but it was very good and big servings. I couldn't eat it all in one sitting.

We wished, after having went, that we had tried it when we first moved to Bartlesville. We've had amazing hibachi in the past when we lived in Ohio. I have reviews for them on Yelp, also. We've been on the search, though, since that time to find a good hibachi restaurant here in Oklahoma. Our search is now over. The service was very kind and prompt. Refills were offered and empty plates were picked up quickly. The food, itself was of very good quality. Everything was hot and fresh and cooked how we had ordered it. Everything was seasoned appropriately. Nothing was salty or overly or under seasoned. The ambience is very nice and the concept, itself, is very well executed. This restaurant is divided into two parts: one side is where they have a hibachi table and a chef cooking the food in front of you... The other is just a regular sit down restaurant where they bring the food to you already prepared. When we went, my wife and I both had the New York strip and chicken hibachi meals. These came with miso soup and a salad. The salad is dressed with Yum Yum sauce. I would say that the salad was good, but it was really only about half full and there could've been more salad in the bowl. Soup was also very good and it also could have been more full. Those are the only negative things if you want to call them that which I would have to say. The food was excellent. Overall hibachi was the best I've had since Ohio. We will definitely be coming back! My wife said that this is her new favorite restaurant in Bartlesville :-)

I've been to a number of Sushi by Bou's locations in NYC, so when we noticed this Isla Verde…read morelocation, we knew it would be a good quality experience and decided to go. (For those unfamiliar, Sushi by Bou offers a mid-priced limited-seating/chef's-table type omakase experience, but not like, super old-school serious Japanese-style- it has more of a fun, modern vibe. The locations aren't standalone, but rather speakeasy style, nestled into some other larger space like a hotel lobby, hotel suite, coffee shop, or restaurant.) That said, this particular location really exceeded my expectations, and may now be my favorite Sushi by Bou location. The quality of the sushi was very good as usual, but the ambiance was even better than some of the New York locations, and the service was fantastic. The chefs were a ton of fun, and the cocktail menu is great. I particularly liked the yuzu honey bee.

WOW. To even say we went out to eat would be disrespectful, THIS WAS AN EXPERIENCE OF A LIFETIME…read more I've never eaten at a restaurant with such cohesion, whether it be the service itself, the food, but ultimately just the overall vibe. It sounds so corny to say, but the staff felt like family. We were first greeted by Gio who was not only professional in all senses, but just a kind soul at the core. Whether it be recommendations, suggestions, or just overall comfort, he made sure everything we needed (and even things we didn't know we needed) were attended to at the highest level. Our chef Greg along with his amazing team were so in sync that the 75 minutes experience felt like the purest form of a culinary flow state. Each dish set the bar so high that it felt impossible to top, but like clockwork, it did. If you want just food, this might not be your place, but if you want to have your literal mind blown, this is the place to be. Even our trip to Japan did not reach the levels that this experience did. We booked our reservation last minute on a whim but I honestly can't imagine our trip now without this experience . If I could give more stars I would. This puts most Michelin star restaurants to shame. This food hits your soul.
