As a mom, I rarely leave negative reviews... but I was honestly shocked by our experience with Sailfish Splash Waterpark. My husband brought our son last weekend specifically for the giant dumping bucket -- the main attraction for many kids, especially little ones who thrive on routine and familiarity. Unfortunately, it was completely down. Things happen. I understand maintenance issues. What was upsetting was the response afterward. When I called to ask about it, I was treated as if I was crazy for not "checking the website." I follow the social media pages and saw nothing posted. Even after checking the website afterward, I still could not find any notice stating the bucket was out of service. Instead of empathy or even a simple apology, the employee was rude, dismissive, and ultimately hung up on me. As a parent of a neurodivergent child, preparing kids for plans and expectations matters more than most people realize. A major attraction being closed on Mother's Day weekend without clear communication was disappointing enough -- but the lack of compassion afterward made it far worse. Families deserve better communication and basic kindness. read more

We made the hour drive to have some fun in the sun. The small water park is perfect for all ages. There's a water playground, two water slides, a lazy river, and a lagoon for everyone to enjoy. There are cabanas for rent, deck chairs, and plenty of tables available for us. The cafe has a good selection of food and drinks to choose from. I wasn't too fond of the half hour wait to get three grilled cheese sandwiches, fries, and a slice of pizza though. The staff either forgot about the order or they were short of help. There's also a lap pool for a small additional charge and the price wasn't too much more compared to other similar water parks I have been to. It is kept clean and the lifeguards were awesome with keeping everyone safe in the water. We had a great time cooling off on a hot summer day! read more

we had a great experience in this location attending to a Statewide synchronized swimming , the pools were well maintained, water temperature was perfect for the lap pool, the bathrooms were impeccables. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and very confident letting my little ones playing in the water park because they have an amazing safety protocol and the lifeguards were on point all the time I have never seen Lifeguards like that. i guess they went to a great training taking care of little kids You can tell great people works here the management works here, that we can tell. read more

We went for a birthday party the little kids enjoyed it very much. The lifeguards are on it walking back and forth in several spots kids are safe. Kids area is not deep our little one ended up w tons of scrapes and bruises from the amount of people in there. Picnic area pretty dirty, trash not picked up boxes of pizza on floor etc. no alcohol FYI and coolers not accepted. It's a three star for me I wouldn't come back unless it was on a slow day. read more

The park is great however be aware of the weather gets bad they make everyone leave and don't provide tickets to go back. There is info on the inclement weather and policy (you can apparently purchase visit protection that will give you a chance to come back if they have to close the park due to weather or mechanical issues, but when we were walking in we didn't see it and so we didn't add that. It's sad we paid $80 for 4 of us and only got to enjoy it for 2 hrs, half of which we spent in lines for the slides, for us it's a waste of money. Don't know if we'll be back after this. read more

For $14 this is a pretty good value and I don't even have kids. I could imagine that this place would be a god send to parents of screaming ADHD children (and there were plenty). Even though the park has a limited amount of slides, we still had a great time. The lines are short so we were able to enjoy the bigger slides over and over again with very little wait. The lazy river is relaxing and we spent a solid 45 minutes floating around and around this thing. The tubes could be a bit bigger but this place is mainly for kids...I get it. I found the staff a little strict and over bearing. They were blowing their whistles left and right, which was a little annoying. Also, we had to take a swimming test in order to jump off a diving board. That was after we have been swimming around in their other pools for half the day. A swimming test? Seriously? My last criticism comes from the fact that they have a guy walking around in a sailfish costume. I secretly gave him the name of 'Sammy the Sailfish'. While I imagine he hates his job and probably drinks too much when he gets home, I didn't care and wanted to get my photo taken with him, but he disappeared almost as quickly as he appeared. This guy needs to be a regular fixture at the park. My selfie needs aside, if you want to get a kid to stop crying (and there were a lot of them), have them get a hug from a big fuzzy sailfish. All in all though, this place was great, a good value and if you have kids, this would be an ideal way to spend the day. read more

The most frustrating event that occurred, and the reason I will never ever come here is because it started raining, and they kicked everyone out. Came here for the Florida high school boys state diving championship. Olympic quality setup for swimming and diving. It was packed and it was hot!! The grandstand area was beautiful but not well covered, so we baked on metal bleachers for a few hours. All in all the park was spacious and well planned. I bet during the summer this place is filled to capacity in the wave pool and slides. The whole facility was clean. Not a piece of trash to be seen. Wonderful day at the Waterpark. We suggest renting a cabana. It's worth the $120. Fits 6 ppl and the area is quiet compared to the rest of the park. Our cabana ladies Aiden and Gina did a wonderful job bringing us food and drinks. We will never go back without a cabana reservation again! read more

This is a cute little Waterpark. Good for younger kids and families with young kids. There's not much to the place. I brought kids ages 5-11 and they all enjoyed themselves. 3 hours was plenty of time. There's only two slides, a splash pad, a lazy river, and a water ropes course (except the ropes course was closed?!). Staff seemed friendly but I was unimpressed with the cleanliness. There was trash and food crumbs all over the ground by the sitting areas. Other than the fact that people are awful slobs who don't clean up after themselves, I feel that they should have a maintenance crew onsite cleaning throughout the day. There's also a big lap pool area with diving boards. I came on a day with a swim meet and the place was packed. I swear I parked in palm beach county. I just want to praise your lifeguards. I was there with my children yesterday and noticed that all the lifeguards were constantly moving. Constantly doing drills. Paying attention to everyone and everything going on. It's rare to see a whole group being so attentive at a place like this. I just wanted to make sure they were acknowledged. I was very impressed! I don't know where to begin! This place is amazing! My son on the ASD and the level of treatment and respect went above and beyond my expectations! I promise you my husband can say not a lot of business can impress me and they did that and more! I will definitely host my sons birthday here again no questions about! This is such a perfect summer spot for families. We were visiting family in Palm City and my MIL suggested this place. No reason to go without kids (though the two large slides are a blast even for adults), but they don't have to be older to have fun! My 15-month loved wading in the shallow end of the pool, the tiny water slide, and even the lazy river! The coolest part about that were the tiny inner tubes available for babies where the "hole" was filled in so an infant or toddler could sit without falling through into the water. There is also an Olympic-size pool so it seems you can go to exercise as well as long as you pass a swimming test from what I understand. You can think of the complex as a whole as more of an aquatic center than just a water park for kids. Plenty of bathrooms! Whoever planned that out did a great job, because with as many people as were present that day, there was never a line. Refreshments are available, though we were able to bring in snacks for our daughter. There were also plenty of life guards around to watch everyone. Second time we've been here for the Florida High School State Finals Swimming and Diving Championship meet. Place was clean and service was decent. Most of the competitive swimmers liked the pool. The pool was clean and the water was balanced. The rest of the park was closed so I can't comment on but did look like little ones would enjoy. read more

I was just here recently with my son and it was his first time there. It was raining, thundering and lightning and the staff told us to evacuate immediately. However, I was not going to put my son through the risk of getting struck by lightning. The staff didn't appreciate any of my concerns. Great local water park! Always a fun time with the kids. Staff is super helpful with any issues. Lifeguards on duty all the time and everywhere plus it looks like they rotate every 10 min or so they are always moving around and watching. This has become a plastic free site so No Straws or plastic utensils are given out at the concession stand - which I get and am all for- however my 3year old can't really eat/drink and icee with out something so if you have little kids you might want to bring your own. Also they put on movie nights in the pool which I always find fun when the weather wants to corporate. read more

This is a perfect and affordable Waterpark for kids. We had a blast there. My son did not want to leave. The only problem I had was the food. It's very over priced and it's not even that good. I had pizza and chicken tenders and they both were disgusting. Just for some a hotdog and fries it's $7.99 The fries had so much salt on them that I told my 4 year old not to eat too many of them. He didn't even touch the chicken again after one bite and he loves chicken tenders. Great water park but the food needs a little help. read more

The splash area was a lot of fun and a wide variety of areas to play within it. The lazy River was great as well. I'd like to see more foliage by the river personally. I recently moved to PSL and have been looking for a lap pool in the area. I went to this place thinking it would be another community pool but was shocked that it was a small waterpark. When I think of waterpark I think the Rapids in west palm. So I said ok no big deal because I saw the lap pool that I have been wanting to find. When I went up to the window, I stood there for about 3 minutes and no one was there. I understand its off season, but there were plenty of employees there. I saw a girl when I got closer and it appeared she was on her phone. I didn't stay long because I saw the admissions price was 5 dollars. I didn't want to exercise that much for that price considering I always had paid 2.50. I decided against staying because of that simple fact that i believe it is extremely overpriced. Forget the year pass... thats outrageous and its far from my house, about 30 minutes south. I probably wont come here again unless they make a reasonable price for lap swimming. It just wasn't a good experience off the bat. read more

We love taking our 3 year old and 1.5 year old to the park as often as we can. The water park is perfect for them. They have two large slides for older children and adults and five smaller slides. Four of those slides are attached to a pirate ship that they can climb up and play around, water guns are abundant as well as some other interactive items. They have two zero entry areas which are great for the small ones and a step in for the older ones.( I don't believe it gets more than 2 feet deep.) The shallow water guards take their jobs seriously and they are definitely in abundance. My only reason for not giving five stars was the snack bar. They have one grilled chicken option for $11. It's an iceberg lettuce salad with a packet of croutons, a side of canned parmesan cheese and a packet of Caesar dressing. It was large enough to fill me up, but I would have preferred to have a choice of dressings and it was a tad expensive for a breast of grilled chicken and lettuce. You can get a full combo of hamburger/hotdog/chicken nuggets, fries and a drink for $8. Aside from that, we give it two thumbs up. Enjoy! read more
