Ate here this morning for breakfast. I ordered the potato bowl. It was FANTASTIC! All ingredients were perfectly proportioned and it couldn't have been better. Friend had the biscuits and gravy, while it was good she reported, she ran out of gravy. Waitress was excellent. The outdoor venue is old, outdated and all decorations are rusted and need to be replaced. Suggest you visit Z Artful Things for some fabulous new pieces. Lynn is a local artist and her work is affordable and would be a great upgrade.

The atmosphere of this place is amazing! Of course with such a nice view of the bay, why wouldn't it be? One thing though, it stays super crowded and there is usually a long wait for a table. Luckily, they do have an awesome, outside, covered tiki bar where you can have a few drinks and listen to music while you wait for your table. If you are looking for more activity, rather than sitting around, there is also a sand volleyball pit. The food at Sailor's Grill is pretty basic. When I go, I'm not really going for the food. There are a lot of fried options such as tater tots, fried clam strips, chicken fingers, french fries, fried pickles etc. I'm always looking for something a little less greasy. They also have soups, burgers and sandwiches. I was looking for something a little healthier so I went with the garden salad which was nothing special just a typical salad. The one thing I am disappointed about is the service. It takes forever to get your food probably because it is so crowded. On several occasions my order was wrong and the servers hardly ever come back to check on you. Maybe next time I'll hang out at the bar and forget dinner.

food was good and service was AMAZING. I will never eat breakfast anywhere else in Navarre, it was that good! The potato bowl with eggs gravy cheese was to DIE FOR and our server was awesome Will be regulars here

    a cup of coffee

Seeing overall great reviews we decided to give it a try. What a big disappointment. After drinking half my coffee I discovered the cup was dirty inside like you would see from the Master Chief's mug on a ship. My wife's cup was ok. We both ordered the Western Omelette. The ham was cut into little cubes. It was like chewing rubber and had little flavor. We brought the ham cubes home for our dog and even he didn't like it. Our server provided little service. Came by one time right after receiving our food and asked us if it was ok which is fine but did not see her again. The other servers seemed to be paying attention to their customers. Had ask them to get our server for more coffee, then a box to go and the check.

Well we almost didn't go here because of the yelp reviews. I'm glad we risked it! We had the blackened shrimp, which was cooked absolutely perfectly and packed full of flavor. My wife and son had the snapper which too was delicious. The fish tacos were very good. I also had the smoked tuna dip which was amazingly flavorful as well. For dessert, my wife had the key lime pie, which she raved about and my daughter had a huge chocolate chip cookie. Now all in all great food. The service was great too. We didn't wait long and our server was very attentive (never had an empty glass for long). I would definitely recommend Sailor's Grill.

Excellent breakfast albeit a bit overpriced. The pancakes are as big as your head and very thick. A stack of three will require a focused effort and a healthy appetite to finish. The Omelets are a very good choice being whipped and extra fluffy. It seems like they have gotten smaller in recent years. Also a little disappointed they the seafood omelette has vanished from the menu. Our group of 20 plus has made the Sailor's Grill a pretty much daily event during our annual week long vacation at Navarre Beach. The service is typically good, especially for a large group. Granted we typically arrive first thing when they open and many times there is no one else in the restaurant. They also have a decent selection of sandwiches and the burgers won't disappoint

Worst margarita I've ever had. It tasted like water with a squirt of lime juice, but worse.

Locals have been telling me about Tops Hamburgers ever since I moved to the area, and I finally…read moredecided it was time to see what all the hype was about. I have heard the different Tops locations around Pensacola can vary a little, but I tried the one in Gulf Breeze. First things first. The location is terrible. It is tucked inside a gas station that looks like it might sell both hamburgers and bail bonds. From the outside you would swear the place is closed... except for the 400 cars wrapped around the building waiting for burgers. The exterior gives off just enough botulism and E. coli vibes to make you pause and reconsider your life choices before walking in. But once you step inside, things take a surprising turn. It is actually pretty clean for a classic greasy burger joint, and the staff were friendly and charming in that laid back local way that immediately makes you feel welcome. The second you open the door you get hit with the glorious smell of sizzling beef and French fry oil. It is the unmistakable aroma of cholesterol, poor decisions, and happiness. The double bacon cheeseburger was exactly what I wanted it to be. Soft bun. Cold crisp lettuce. Tomatoes, pickles, onion. Crispy bacon. The meat tasted fresh off the grill and the whole thing came together exactly the way a greasy American burger should. My only tiny knock is that the patties looked like they might be pre formed or frozen. Not a deal breaker by any stretch, but it did cost Tops a small cool point. The fries and tots were fried perfectly and seasoned well. And when I say they give you a lot, I mean a lot. An order comes in a bag large enough to feed roughly 500 starving middle school football players. Overall this place absolutely delivers if you are craving a proper greasy burger. It is messy, a little sketchy, and exactly the kind of spot locals love. I will definitely be back the next time my arteries start whispering sweet nothings to me.

We ordered through Grubhub. The order arrived on time. It was bagged in a plastic bag which was…read morewaterlogged from all the condensation from the fried items, leaving the individual bags and contents soggy. The burgers were not like those of the past. These were not hot, didn't have the cooktop crispy edges and lacked color and most of all flavor. The tots and the fries were soggy, but the Cajun seasoning saved them. The order was missing the chili ordered. The soft drinks were fine.
