I've already reached out to Clarice to ask for answers and to request a replacement for the mini lapida with my mom's name on it. We paid a significant amount for the lot, the viewing services, and her lapida. At the very least, we expect her resting place to be treated with dignity and respect--not just ours, but everyone's. What's happened feels completely disrespectful--not only to my family, but to my mom's memory. I just want her to rest in peace, undisturbed.
