Their prices on grass fed meats are reasonable, their sushi is excellent, and the deli is always delicious. I also love that they have a small seating area if you want to eat there. The bathrooms are clean (which says a lot), and the staff is genuinely friendly every time I'm there. They offer an impressive selection of essential oils and natural remedies, and their organic produce isn't overpriced. It's clear they care about quality, health, and the customer experience. Then I said I will just have a coffee. She said she has to make another pot..5 to 10 minutes. GEEZ! I was the only one in the deli! Unfortunately they did not have alot of items to choose from. Very minimal fish selection. They transformed their dining area to accommodate Suishi in the raw but does not open until 430 pm. Hopefully that generates some business! I hope they can clean up the place and have a bigger selection. I will continue to go to the larger and newer organic grocery store in Grass Valley in the meantime.

I'm so impressed that they had so many options for groceries, varieties of cheeses & great customer service. They had a lot of great items including fresh produce, bulk bin nuts/seeds/granola, and refreshing drinks for a hot day! We visited on a Monday in the last week of June and found this place to be nice and quiet. We felt it was safe to leave our packs outside, and no one messed with our stuff while we went in to purchase some food! They also had tables outside, perfect for hikers to grab food to sit down and eat! I had also just gotten a tattoo at a music festival nearby and wanted something handy, they had tube's of Buddha butter, which I loved! I ended up using the Buddha butter as lip balm for the rest of the trail. This spot also had some to go coffee and individually wrapped pastries as well. Including tea! Overall, the staff were super friendly and this place is stocked with a lot of great produce and drinks, which I crave often. Everything is a bit pricier than a typically grocery store though, so perhaps a resupply here isn't the most feasible, but still great to pick up a few small items. If I was in the area, I would visit again!
