Stains

Was sold a "used" bag but according to John the store manager, it's not but it's still defective which doesn't make it any better. Not once did he apologize and say I'm sorry this happened to you, this won't happen again. Instead he raised this voice and spoke to me in a very condescending tone and said "WE DIDN'T SELL YOU A USED BAG, DOES THIS LOOK LIKE A USED BAG?" He said he was trying to help me but his attitude wasn't helping at all. I'm the customer at a luxury boutique being yelled by the manager when I did nothing wrong. The boutique is wrong for selling a defective bag in the first place. He kept saying he couldn't see the stains and the scratch and said I've been the manager for 9 years and I even missed it, he kept trying to downplay the situation. I didn't pay full price for a defective/used bag. If I wanted a defective/used bag I would've found something from the preloved market for much cheaper. I bought at the boutique to get the full experience for the packaging and everything. He said oh the SA wrapped and packed it so nicely for you... yea because it's his job! He kept rejected to refund me for the bag but I wouldn't be asking for a refund if you didn't sell me a piece of crap to begin with. I had to ask him to speak to someone higher up and that's when he said he would give me a refund. It's insulting that I'm sold a defective bag to begin with then yelled by the manager because he can't handle the fact that his store sold me a defective bag?... that's that ridiculous. DO BETTER! You're a luxury boutique.

This is one of the best Saint Laurent stores I've ever been to. Excellent and good looking customer service :D, our guy was helpful showing us different options of bags and wallets, he never pressured us like most annoying sales people, and he offered us beverages as we shopped and decided on items. Now that is what you call excellent customer service. Hard to find at most high end retail stores, so it was appreciated. :)

Why would I spend $5k on a jacket begging for service? Let's see how long this lasts. Appalling.

If you wish: to be professionally wrapped, bound, and otherwise encumbered with Saint Laurent.

FIRE OR RETRAIN YOUR SECURITY GUARD…read more My boyfriend and I stopped by this store with one goal in mind: buy a couple of tshirts that only this store has. We ring the doorbell, as the sign says, and out comes the security guard who says the store is at capacity. My boyfriend looks over his shoulder and says there's only 5 people inside. To which the security guard replies "do you understand how shopping works?" ....... Um yes we do.... That's why we are trying to visit this store to buy a shirt....from a clothing store? He finally lets us in after someone leaves. The store now has 6 people total. We enter and immediately my boyfriend sees the shirts that he planned to buy. The shirts are in a plastic sleeve and he is only touching the fabric. He's not taking the shirt outside. The security guard comes over and tells him if he needs help. To which my boyfriend responses "no, I just wanted to know how the shirt felt". The security guard then says he can't take the shirt out of the packaging and my boyfriend responds "yeah I'm not." The security guard then calls a staff member to help my boyfriend out. Remember, this is a SECURITY GUARD. He's occupation and attention should be on managing the front door. We then speak with the staff and my boyfriend's asks for a size L and they say they only have a size M but he can try it on. And then proceeds to walk us to the back of the store and tell us to stand in line. My boyfriend and I are midway through the store and we are contemplating if we should wait in line. I'm not exaggerating when I say the security guard leaves his station and comes straight to boyfriend and then proceeds to tell him he can't be at the back of the store because they are at capacity. There's 4 people in the back! My boyfriend explains the staff brought us here and said to stand in line for the fitting room. The security guard then speaks over my boyfriends, says we can't be here and belittles him. Another staff member gets involved trying to deescalate the situation and says he's sorry. The security guard should have informed the staff if there was a policy in place. I sincerely ask him if this is a normal experience to be followed and harassed by a security guard? My boyfriend tells the security guard that he made shopping here very unpleasant. I cannot express enough to not come here. If you are looking to browse, or with any intention of buying, go somewhere else.
