I've had the chance to work with Jesse on my last few visits and I have to say he is another solid Client Advisor you should request to work with when visiting or to schedule an appointment ahead of time. This location has probably the most consistent "outlet" finds and steals that feel attainable and not a far reach. I was back over the weekend and found an amazing men's runway shirt in eggshell that was like a sueded silk and felt quiet luxury. It was part of their black friday specials and it was just about 80% off. It seriously felt like I was bathing in butter tbh lol. I'll keep coming back and they also accept Affirm which I've used in the past for a work bag. read more

I just have to commend this location on the wonderful customer service from Karina. I normally dont shop in expensive stores like these but i reeeeally wanted to treat myself to a bag on this trip. I probably dont (ok i probably REALLY dont lol) look like someone who has a lot of money to spend but she and another young worker in here were SO nice. They didnt make me feel small and not worthy of being in this store which I appreciated very very much. They even gave me a bunch of suggestions on places to eat and things to do in the Austin and San Marcos area. The store is super clean, spacious, and has a lot of cute things. Too many cute things. Most things are already marked down but there are a few items that also have an additional mark off percentage which is what we are all looking for when we go to an outlet mall (am i right?!) =) There was a bag here i fell in love with (with a single handle which is what i have been looking for!!) and was trying so hard to convince my husband to let me buy but unfortunately that did not happen (insert crying bawling emoji here). Karina, if you're there next time i go, i am definitely going to see you to buy my one handle bag! Anyone else who stops in here, go see Karina! She is the sweetest!!! read more

Very pleasant experience. The staff was friendly, warm, and accommodating. Size availability was an issue however. While trying to see what shoe I would have liked, I was unable to try anything on in my fairly common size (10.5-11 US). Whether, there's an issue with their stocking levels or it was just that time of the season, I'll leave up to speculation. The associate, unfortunately, did not offer any type of order option so I'm not sure if there is one for their outlet shops or not. Nevertheless, the store is neat and feels properly upscale. Employees are misinformed and the manager is unfriendly and not accommodating. There was such negative energy, I just wanted to get out of there. Employees are not friendly either, they just stare at you when you walk in and give you a very cold greeting. One of the employees tried to give a solution to my issue and the manager came in completely disregarded his idea and gave me no options. Terrible customer service. read more

I love this YSL outlet. All the staff here have been great, helpful, and friendly. I worked with Adrian and I was looking for a present for my mother. He took his time to show me and explain the different items I was inquiring about including price ranges as well as some of the other items for myself. He mentioned that if I ever change my mind and want to purchase the items, he can ship them to me no problem. I was able to take pictures of said items I may want later as well. Since it was a gift to my mom, Adrian made sure to gift wrap the item in the box itself nicely. He also gave me an extra shopping bag with extra tissue with stickers to wrap it up at home due to possible transit damage in the original shopping bag from traveling out of town. I live out of state and typically call in to purchase an item and have it shipped to me. The employees were wonderful with the exception of Adeline. They have a policy that does not allow employees to share tracking information (yes, even if you are the one who purchased the item). So I've been at the mercy of Adelines notifications to understand when my package will be arriving. I could understand why it would be difficult to manage all of the tracking info for your customers but Adeline has done a poor job. If you're able to find another SA I would go with them and not Adeline. I have had to reach out to ask her for tracking updates, the package needs to be signed for so now I had to leave work between expected times the package is supposed to be delivered to sign for it. Not once has she offered to give me information about the shipment of the package, I always have to ask meanwhile the store has an SOP for how SA's are to reach out to customers regarding their shipment info. Regardless of whether you spent 200 or 20,000 dollars having to continuously reach out to your SA to their job is annoying. read more

We shopped at San Marcos Premium Outlets 20 June 2023. After buying shoes at Jimmy Choo's, we stopped by St. Laurents to pick up a few things. Unfortunately not to be. We were stopped by an overweight female employee in an ill-fitting suit who rudely told us we would have to wait in line in order to enter the store. There appeared to be no more than four customers in the store at the time. The roped off queue had no one in it and was located fully in the sun in 107 degree weather. Why she thought it was appropriate to speak so rudely to us and expect us to wait in the sun to enter a nearly empty store is beyond us. We looked at each other in amazement, turned on our heels and went to Neiman Marcus. If that's the official St. Laurent policy how to treat customers, we can surely do without anything they have to offer. Hopefully this incident was not racially motivated and was merely a rude employee. read more

Great shopping experience. There was a short line and it appears that they were letting anywhere from 2-3 groups in at a time. Anyssa helped me today and she was very friendly! We will definitely be back. Great customer service and the store had a great selection of items. read more
