Sweetness was balanced though, so it wasn't a total caffeine debuff. Bagel sandwich was perfectly cromulent. It existed, I ate it, we both moved on with our lives. Staff was friendly too but not like super present. I might be biased because I swear the smaller location had the coffee build optimized to max stats. Still, one drink isn't enough data for the spreadsheet, could come back and try again.

Multiple people received both their drink and their food orders before me, and while I don't mind waiting, I asked to just confirm that my food was being worked on. The barista was very curt and especially not happy to deal with me when I had to ask again if my smoothie was being worked on. I totally understand the breakfast rush can be stressful, and dealing with a long list of orders can be a lot to deal with, but I was not impressed by the communication skills of the barista. I also didn't appreciate how she was speaking to her coworkers. Regardless, the food and coffee speaks for itself so I will be returning!
