Best ice cream ever! This ice cream tastes homemade with plenty of mix ins in every scoop. The vanilla has a clean and pure taste like when you were a kid and put cream, sugar & vanilla in an ice lined ziplock and shook your little heart out. There are a number of additional flavors to choose from and the staff are happy to assist with samples and descriptions. There are waffle cones/bowls all made in shop and several sizes of cups as well. There is indoor seating and the shop is very cute with merchandise for sale including candles with one of their most famous flavor scents: honey lavender. I will 100% return. read more

Stopped in for done after-lunch sweets. Very friendly service and cute inside. Ice cream was really creamy, but could have had stronger flavor. Excellent choice for delicious homemade ice cream! I had forgotten they were in town and started seeing more social media posts which prompted my visit. They currently have one of my favorite flavors, Ube. It's so good. I could literally eat it every day. Todays visit I paired it with Chai Latte which is equally delicious. My son had the black vanilla which is tasty too. On our first visit we tried the peanut butter and lavender vanilla. Both were tasty too. One thing that I like is that they offer half scoops so you can try 2 different flavors and pay for 1 scoop. They are definitely worth a visit to downtown Titusville. read more

Super cute ice cream shop. The owner helped us make decisions and was super nice and patient, offering samples. We were the only three customers on a quiet cool December afternoon. I had the dark side of the cookie which is hazelnut with Oreo and the cookie dough. Both were delicious!! The dark side had almost a coffee undertone, and the cookie dough was packed with cookie dough bites and chocolate chunks. The only downside is that it melted really fast! If you get a cone I would suggest a cup because it quickly became a mess. Otherwise super good and friendly place to visit, highly recommend!! read more

This is one of my favorite icecream spots in all of Brevard. While they don't have a huge variety of traditional flavors, they do have very unique options with amazing flavor. Best part: they are all homemade flavors! They have things like chocolate, vanilla, Oreo, ube and more. One of my favorite parts is the fact that they make their waffle cones and bowls. They have vanilla or chocolate. Every icecream comes with free sprinkles and they even have homemade Maraschino cherries. Every single time we come they are so friendly and happy to let us try any flavor. On our most recent trip they even gave our puppy a pup cup which he very much enjoyed. It's a great place to visit. The service was outstanding; this was our first visit, and they explained their concept. Everything is fresh, and you can try any flavor before ordering. It's tough to decide because everything is delicious. I have only one recommendation because you can't see the ice cream on a fridge, there's no description on the name tags of the ice cream so except for the obvious names, like Vanilla and Chocolate, we had to ask what were names meant, for example, The Dark Side of a Cookie, is Hazelnut with Oreos. Awesome little shop with creative homemade ice cream flavors, located right on the main drive in Titusville. The employees are all awesome! The two gentleman that served us were extremely helpful and kind, assisting us with what to order which made our first visit even better! This is the go-to place to have some of the most delicious ice-creams right after having watched a rocket launch in Titusville! Small boutique ice cream shop. I chose this shop based on the reviews. Limited selection on flavors and I didn't see any "unusual" flavors that I wanted to try, I got the Mint Scout - which was a vanilla based ice cream with chunks of Girl Scout- like thin mint cookies mixed in, it was ok. I did get the homemade sprinkles which I loved! I also got the waffle cone as well - which was truly a treat! It was light, crispy, tasty - AMAZING, I would come back just for that! As an avid ice cream fan I am always in search of that perfect frozen treat and I do believe I have found it at The Mad Utter! Service was excellent and staff friendly, when I mentioned my nut allergy they went and got a fresh, clean scoop so as not to have cross contamination. The choices were very straight forward, milkshakes, cup, waffle bowl or cone (made fresh daily in store) a handful of unique flavors each made daily and in my opinion to perfection! My husband had Dark Side of the Cookie which was a mix of hazelnut and chocolate & I had Lavender and Honey! This was by far my favorite Lavender ice cream (and I have tried a few recently) the perfect amount of lavender and a touch of honey for sweetness, the ice cream was hard packed, firm but not to hard and as creamy as can be. If you are ever in the Titusville area stop in, have a cone or bowl and play a game! read more

Although I love that this is a local, unique little ice cream shop none of the group I was with really found a flavor that we wanted. We did choose some different kinds which were good but I think I would choose to go with a place that had some more familiar choices, especially when I was with a group. Really big portions of delicious homemade ice cream. I really can't ask for more than that! I tried the peanut butter and the Snickers and my friend got the Oreo Truffle and Cookie Dough. Last nights Falcon 9 launch was scrubbed, but while we were on the riverside. We met some people from Denmark, and in our conversation we mentioned the Mad Utter. The flavors there are so delicious that we can't help but brag about them. Our new friends went there after the launch cancelled. Fist of all, great ice cream and waffle cones and bowls. We stopped in after an aborted launch. They had just opened at 3:00 and apparently many others had the same idea. So the line was to the door and we all watched in "utter" amazement as Mary handled all of us single-handedly! No one complained about the wait as she meticulously flew around making the waffle cones and bowls with fresh batter, making milkshakes, putting everything back its place after each order! I think we were all in awe of Mary. She was very matter of fact about. I would hire this young lady in a heartbeat! Better give her a raise to keep her! Thanks Mary! Wow! read more

The tostones were excellent! Cooked to perfection crispy and right amount of saltiness along with a yummy dipping sauce. The mofongo lacked flavor which was surprising it looked very good and once we added some Salt and ate it with the chichirones it was good. The black beans were flavorful. the steak flavor was good but it was chewy. We will give it another try where eating it at home on plates.

We moved to Titusville from New England, last October. We had yet to find ice cream that came close to New England creameries. This shop has it! All I can say is that it is just different! I totally understand the breakfast rush can be stressful, and dealing with a long list of orders can be a lot to deal with, but I was not impressed by the communication skills of the barista. I also didn't appreciate how she was speaking to her coworkers. Regardless, the food and coffee speaks for itself so I will be returning! I just hope that she's able to learn to communicate with kindness, especially when nothing but patience and understanding was given.
