You can image my surprise when I was confronted with the worst customer I have ever experienced. The young lady taking the orders gave misinformation about payment accepted and then was rude barely opening her mouth to interact with me as she was taking my order and as I was PAYING for my food. When it was brought to the owners attention he berated me in front of the other customers waiting for food. He never once apologized and kept making excuses about it being hot. If its too hot then as they say you should stay out of the kitchen. I did not expect this from someone whose brand is cooking with love. I give the food a 4 out of 5. It was different and flavorful. Then I checked my email and they went ahead and issued me a store credit. I clearly stated I wanted my groceries. Now they expect me to place a new order to deliver next week? I want my money back. I called customer service a 3rd time. She called me back at midnight and issued a credit back onto my card. Awful customer service, lack of communication & poor execution! Additionally, they missed one item from a previous order and gave me the wrong item for this order. That's a 50% success rate. I am taking my business elsewhere.
