    This is way better than

Walked in and immediately felt uncomfortable. Very small table, very bad water, and very bad employees. No emotion at all. I was going to order a fried rice with beef but apparently it was out of stock? How does food be out of stock when they are serving the same ingredients. Very big kitchen but very little action going on. I ended up ordering a Mexican style burrito with chicken, guacamole, and cheese. When i got the food, I almost cried. The burrito was not even close to wrapped, there was more chicken than there was rice, and there was only a tiny bit of guac in the middle, no one likes the middle. The worst part of all (sorry im tearing up while writing this ) they gave me asian chicken on a mexican burrito. And it wasnt even good asian chicken. It was gooey and chewy. The service was also preposterous. The worker looked at me like she hated her job and thought i was the big yahu but whatever people have their own opinions. There was also no cheese on my burrito which was disappointing because ya boy like cheese. The tables were way too low to the ground so my thunder thighs couldn't even fit, i had to sit in the bathroom and eat my trash ahh food like i was a depressed bart Simpson. They were also playing "she gon call me baby boo" sped up on repeat which i thought was a little weird but ig its chill. Wonder, do better.

Meh. Ordered for delivery. It was okay. But not something I will do again. It didn't seem that fresh or delicious.

This place is every claustrophobic person's worst nightmare. Walking around to see what each stall had to offer was difficult with swarms of people constantly moving around. Fortunately, we were able to find a table for four to eat our food. We tried food from three vendors, which gave us a nice variety: - Liu Liu Sheng Jian 六六生煎王 - Nai Brother 奈哥 - Tarim Uyghur Food There are at least 20 vendors at this food court, with more options than we could possibly try in one visit. With so many people, I quickly became overwhelmed by how busy it was. Still, I'd definitely come back to try some of the other vendors, but probably on a less busy day!

Made my stomach feel not so clean after but it was good! The soup dumplings were okay, I don't think it's the best or worst I've had. The food court has no reception and can get very packed, especially since this place gets talked about a lot. The food court also has cool vending machines with blind boxes that are sometimes hard to find which is nice. If you live here it's pretty convenient place to stop by.

The tables and seats are arranged cafeteria-style, with all the vendors surrounding the dining area. It wasn't too busy around 12 PM, so I walked around the different stalls to get a feel for what this food court had to offer. Thankfully, I didn't have to think too hard about what to try because one of my friends is basically a Flushing food expert, despite not even living in NYC. While there were at least 15 vendors, we only grabbed a few bites from three of them since these were my friend's favorites: - Fat Cat Flatbread 胖猫锅盔 - Liang Pi Wang 凉皮王 - Xie Bao Crabhouse 蟹宝 The food came out pretty quickly after ordering, and these three stalls awakened our stomachs in preparation for more delicious food to come. Overall, I liked that New York Food Court had plenty of seating and felt much more lowkey compared to the crowded and overwhelming New World Food court nearby. It's a convenient place to sample food from multiple vendors without having to fight for a table.

After a little research I learned about their business model and discovered they had a couple of other locations in Westchester and the NYC Metro Area at large. Recently, my Instagram feed has been flooded with ads for Wonder - it was almost incessant so I took that as a sign that I should check this place out. That being said, I decided to grab dinner here the other night. The best way to describe Wonder is that it's somewhat of a virtual food hall. While one would normally think of food hall as a large space with multiple stands that each serve a different cuisine, Wonder aims to offer the same concept but smaller where everything (assumingly) comes from one kitchen. While it varies from location to location, each Wonder offers food from different restaurants that cater to a variety of tastes and cuisine types. In browsing, I had not heard of most of these spots but some of them have celebrity chef names attached to them so maybe it's more on me. I ordered via the app and decided to get my meal from Walnut Lane by Jonathan Waxman. Specifically, I got the linguine with shrimp and hazelnut pesto and a side of broccolini. I also ordered two cookies from the Hungry Gnome. The app did a good job keeping track of my order status and when I got notification it was ready I headed over and picked it up - very seamless. As far as the food itself, it was just fine. The pasta and the broccolini were a little too salty for my personal taste, and the cookies were very processed; the latter had the ingredients listed on the bag and they were filled with preservatives. I was kinda skeptical of Wonder's business model as I find it difficult to produce quality food from all these different "restaurants" out of a single kitchen; my meal strengthened my hunch that a lot of the food is pre-packaged/pre-made with the finishing touches put in place in the kitchen. The food isn't cheap either, which adds insult to injury. I wasn't really served by anyone as that's not the business model, but in terms of my order being ready within the promised time they delivered. The location is a little odd though because it's hard to walk up - there are no paths from the street so I found myself walking over grass and mulch to reach the front entrance. Overall, I think Wonder fills a niche for some, but this really isn't a place for me. I'm glad I tried it, but I don't think I would return.

Very colorful interior with bar at the end of the space and an outdoor area. There has been quite a few different vendors over the last five years there. On our last visit we decided to try Nami Yum Yum. We ordered a veggie sushi sandwich ($14) for me, which featured a few veggies with rice wrapped up in soy paper; New York Strip ($25) for him, which was a bowl with steak, roasted potatoes and other things; Sweet Plantains ($6) for the table, with cream and cotija. We both got a Jarritos each. Service was timely. Everything was creative. I never had a sushi sandwich. It tasted pretty good too. I wasn't really feeling well and couldn't enjoy it as much as I intended to, but it was nevertheless yummy and unique. My sandwich came with a side of puffed up chips (I actually don't know what they are called). The plantains were also very good. There were only 5 different food stalls plus the ice cream stall in the very front, however only 3 of the food stalls were open at 7pm on a Saturday. This is a small town, so I get it, but I was thoroughly surprised at this because of how crowded the entire town had been all weekend (it was truly the perfect weather to be out here!). The taco food stall had some Mac and cheese that I really wanted, but he was so overwhelmed with making a large order with only one person helping him that he literally told me to come back in 30 minutes to place my order. I ended up ordering the Pimento Grilled Cheese Sandwich from the burger place, where the guy (working solo) told me it would take about 30 minutes before it would be ready. We were in no rush, and it was DEFINITELY worth the wait!! The ooey gooey cheese paired with perfectly browned Texas toast satisfied my hunger after a long day of hiking and window shopping. My husband ordered the Paneer Kati Roll + Mango Lassi from the Indian food stall. He liked the roll, however we both decided that the lassi was average at best. Additionally, they served it with ice which was a huge disappointment (**being that my husband is from India, we have standards regarding Indian food). I'm giving 4 stars because the overall atmosphere of this food hall was not the best... Definitely NOT enough seating... They didn't seem to have anyone on staff taking care of the place, so the two tables that were empty when we arrived were extremely dirty (we cleaned one ourselves). They also didn't have napkins readily available and only 2 individual restrooms, despite having a bar in the back. Also, it was SO DARK inside... Scarce lighting which was not very pleasant or welcoming, especially since the sun was shining brightly outside. There is an outdoor patio, which is great, however because the weather was nice it was completely full. Final thoughts: this is a great place to grab lunch or dinner with a group of friends, especially if no one can agree on where to go. There's a variety of options and something for everyone to enjoy!
