Great place to get sushi. Service is always good and you can sit and have a conversation. Ambiance...perfect! If your waiter is Josh, you are going to enjoy your visit!

Amazing service!! Very kind and attentive staff. The restaurant was very clean inside and comfortable. The presentation of the sushi was gorgeous and the quality was so good! Really happy with this meal!

Left to right... Dragon roll, Spicy eel roll and Chirashi bowl, with plum wine and hot sake.

THE BEST! I have been to nearly every sushi restaurant in Oklahoma, and SAKE stands above. The food, service, and ambiance is first class. The Happy Hour is a bargain, and the creativity of the Chef is second to none. Ask Josh or Christy for something unique and you will be amazed.

Nice quiet ambiance and the avatar roll (no hotsauce) was VERY good and the fish tasted fresh. the waiter AJ was very nice and talkative. this restaurant deserves more customers for sure. if your in the moore area and are wanting sushi i highly recommend this spot.

Service and atmosphere were nice. Food was not very appetizing. Gyoza was good but the pork buns were not prepared very well (Flaky and unevenly cooked). Sushi wasn't bad but nothing special (Rainbow & OKC Roll) and all but the rice in their shrimp fried rice was terribly over cooked. I heard the chef was new to the location so I hope things improve with time. Probably not returning. Water was great though. 7/10 service and space 5/10 food presentation 2/10 food taste

You don't think of sushi when you think of Oklahoma, but I'll always mention Saki when I talk about Oklahoma City. This hidden gem had excellent food and super-friendly service. I happened to stop in on a work trip and was blown away by the flavor and presentation. Might have been some of the largest, and most flavorful sashimi I've ever had and everything was priced reasonably. Very happy I gave it a try!

We had been to Saki once before, but it was years ago. Too long ago. Crab Rangoon and Edamame seem to be our go-to appetizers, so, of course we started with those. So yummy! The Crab Rangoon is so easy to eat with its slender roll shape. The Edamame is stir-fried with garlic. What do you eat after two of the best flavors ever? A Mongolian Combo Bowl! With its fried rice and veggies, it was a perfect entree to share. You can see how much we liked it in the picture below. :) Because of a baseball game, we walked in after 8:00 pm. That didn't seem to matter to the staff. The service was friendly and accommodating. We were able to relax and enjoy the food and the atmosphere, as well as our wait staff.

It is very hard to find great service AND good food these days, let alone good sushi! Plus it's a nice spot. Excited to come back and try more!!

My favorite lunch spot! Bento boxes are perfect and yummy. Great atmosphere and great hospitality

My fiancé wanted to try this sushi place because she loves sushi. Service was good The waitress refilled my water three times and was attentive to my requests. My food was okay at best not bad but I have had much better in the city. My fiancé said her sashimi was on the better quality side and portion was big for the price. My sons meal was frozen fried food which if we wanted that for him would have went to target and heated that up at home. Best children's menu is whiskey cake because they actually make their food at the restaurant and not just fry it or heat it up. Three star for lack of care when customers are paying to eat at your restaurant. Fix that please.

A diamond in the ruff and ken was a gem. Will definitely be back. Tried a couple different sakes, pad Thai, crab Rangoon, and the rock bowl jalapeño chicken. The pad Thai wasn't the best I've ever had but was pretty good. The jalapeño chicken was DELICIOUS but not too spicy, just a kick. And the service was great. Ken made sure I was comfortable and checked on us quite often. For a Friday, night this place was relatively quite and fun to kick back and relax after a long work week.

I had happened to have a deal through Restaurants.com and decided on coming here after the reviews. They did NOT disappoint! We ended up with 6 rolls after we had ordered edamame to start, then complimentary crab Rangoon, which was delicious. Sweet cream cheese and crab but still hot and fresh. Really enjoy the sweet, chili sauce that came. Ordered the Angel, Aruba, PayDay, Christmas Grenade, Red Devil, and Jackpot. Think our overall favorite was the PayDay. Really enjoyed the spiciness of the Red Devil, too. The Siracha has a nice touch with it. They fit almost all of them on a boat for us. Wonderful presentation, too! If you're an avid sushi eater, order from the Special Maki part of the menu. Even the boy said the Aruba was a bit white for him, and he's white . I've taught him to get out of his comfort zone, and now he likes the more exotic combinations. We will definitely be back even though it's nowhere near us. Service was more than excellent. Ken is awesome so ask for him and treat him well. Wasn't busy for a Tuesday night. Love this new spot!

Overall this is an excellent sushi restaurant. I loved the decor. I love the cool booths but they weren't offered to us (boo!) My biggest complaint is that when it says snow crab THAT DOES NOT MEAN CRABSTICK! This is not the first restaurant I've had this discussion with and I seriously doubt it will be the last. Overall our favorite roll was the Omega 3. In fact, I'd come back for this roll alone. The fish was fresh and tasty and pretty. This is "(avocado, salmon and seaweed salad) red snapper, snapper and ponzu sauce, spicy herbs and cilantro." We ordered the Naruto Roll, which is the aforementioned roll with crabstick (grr!). This is "(avocado, Kani, sashimi), wrapped in cucumber, snow crab, masago and ponzu sauce." We also got the Christmas Grenade, which in my opinion, had too large of pieces of jalapeños. This is a roll with "(avocado, Jalapeño and snow crab [?]), tempura fried with tuna poké & eel sauce." I loved the employees. The decor should be in my house.

The Espresso Natini was perfect 5/5: velvety, smooth, and an excellent mocktail. The Tuna Crispy Rice was another 5/5, with crispy yet soft rice and glazed tuna that added just the right touch of sweetness. The Foie Gras was rich, buttery, crispy, and topped with a sweet sauce. Absolutely delicious. 5/5 The biggest surprise was the salmon nigiri. It was the first time I tasted the buttery fat content. I'm new to sashimi! 5/5 The Tamago was a solid 4.5/5 with great texture and sweetness, though it could have used more rice and been served hotter. The Shogun was my lowest-rated dish at 3.5/5. Creative and refreshing, but too wet from the cucumber. The Smokin' Salmon Aburi was good, but had too many competing flavors. The most interesting item was the Baked King of Crab. I wasn't impressed at first, but after deconstructing it and eating the components separately, I discovered multiple types of crab, including a crab leg. That turned it into a 5/5.

The Sushi Bar - Memorial Road OKC…read more Let me start with this... If I can convince my wife to try something called the "Naughty Girl Roll"... you already know we're off to a strong start From the moment we walked in, the vibe was exactly what you want in a sushi spot--comfortable, relaxed, and not trying too hard to be something it's not. Just good energy and a place you can actually enjoy your meal. Our server Juan? Spot on. Attentive without hovering, checked in at all the right times, and kept things moving smoothly. Let's Talk Food Naughty Girl Roll This is the one. Tempura shrimp, avocado, and cream cheese, topped with baked salmon, spicy mayo, sweet sauce, masala, and scallions. Rich? Yes. Over-the-top? Maybe. Worth it? Absolutely. This is the roll you order when you want to convert someone into a sushi fan. Ikura (Salmon Roe) This one was all mine--and that's probably for the best. If you're into that briny pop and clean ocean flavor, this hits. If not... no shame in sitting this one out. Norwegian Mackerel A really well-balanced dish. Cooked just right, paired with bok choy, shiitake mushrooms, and white rice. Clean, flavorful, and a nice break from the heavier rolls. Bento Box My wife's choice--and honestly, a smart one. If you're not feeling adventurous, this gives you variety without stepping too far outside your comfort zone. What really sets Ichiban apart, though, is the customer service. One time, I went in to pick up my order and the employee asked if I wanted to redeem one of my punch cards for a free bowl. I had completely forgotten I even had them! It turned out I had two full cards, and without me even asking, they let me redeem both and gave me two free bowls. Another time, our daughter puked all over the table out of nowhere. The server was so sweet and kind. She tried to clean it but there was no way we were going to let her do that. She brought us every thing we asked for and we cleaned it up. She even brought our daughter something to settle her tummy. Today, I accidentally placed my online order at the wrong location. I called as soon as I realized my mistake, and the employee immediately offered to contact the correct location for me. He took care of everything and told me my order would be ready in about ten minutes. Mind-you, these things happened at three different locations. This is one of those rare restaurants where you truly don't mind waiting if they're busy because you know the food and the service are always worth it. It comes with some jalapeño cream cheese and tenderloin steak with some green onions and I think it was about $21 for the roll of eight pieces. We got that first out an I really loved the spiciness of the Jalapeños but it wasn't too spicy. I got the Thai steak noodle dish. It was beautifully delicious. The flavors blended together nicely. It was spicy just the way I like it. It had fresh tomato, avocado, kale, peanuts, and my deliciously tender steak. My boyfriend got the Korean beef tenderloin with fried rice. He let me try the steak and it was tender and delicious as well. I really don't eat fish or like fish, so the beef looked the best today. I would like to come back and try some of their brunch menu items as well such as the breakfast Ramen. This place is pretty expensive though, but the food is delicious. The inside was clean and we went early in the morning around 11 AM. I'm glad we went that early because in about an hour all the church crowd was coming in and alot of people came in. We got our food quickly too. Our server told us that if you like fish, they get fresh fish in every day there. Their fish dishes are ever frozen.
