The food was absolutely delicious. It had a great atmosphere for our date. The service was excellent.

We've been coming for years, since when they had only one location at Western and then the Memorial location once it opened since it's closer to home. We loved the old manager Henry that used to be here. But now feels like quality is not the same as before ever since they got sold a few years back. The Shrimp Tempura was good as always. Their kitchen does well with most appetizers. Love their Scallop Temaki. It's always good. But lately it's become smaller, maybe due to the rise in costs. The Bronzini Crudo was visually appealing but it was bland. Maybe needed something more on the vinaigrette sauce it came with. And the fish itself was a bit too chewy. The Bluefin Tuna was nice quality but it wasn't cut right. It was hacked into pieces. Where's the real sushi chef? And the tempura batter in the Spider Roll was tough, like it's been sitting for a while. That's inexcusable. read more

We ordered from the sushi bar. Packaging is okay, but the crabstick rolls were inconsistent as some of them were falling apart before we can even eat it. The rice also is slightly undercooked. Otherwise, worth the price as some places charge for the same price for only 2 pieces. Hopefully next time it would be better! read more

After moving to OKC from the NE, my hunt for a great sushi place has been ongoing. Sushi Bar was one of the first places I went to and it was good. over the years, it has grown to be one of my favorite because I have tried SO many rolls from here. To start, the place is spacious, well lit, and the service is always great. The sushi is ALWAYS fresh, tastes so flavorful, and the options are numerous. There's something for everyone on their menu. I've grown from a shy sushi eater to a bolder, more adventurous one because of sushi bar's quality and items. Some of my current favorites: the naughty girl, the OMG roll (very heavy), Dan the man roll, the Kurtz roll, and alllll of their carpaccios! Soooo good! Their regular rolls like spicy tuna/yellowtail/salmon are also great. They are on the more expensive side of sushi in this area but for the quality I think it's worth it! read more

My first time here. Nice spacious and clean restaurant with large windows and a sushi bar and a separate wine bar. I had white tuna, yellowtail, spicy scallop handroll and eel. I also had a oyster shooter. My "dessert" was salmon egg with quail egg. I had the nicest female server who immediately brought me ice water and hot green tea when I first came in, and even made me up another hot green tea to go. The fish was great. Waited 30 minutes tonight to order entrees. Super dry chicken, hammered rubbery shrimp, cheap tiny pimento stuffed olives in the martini. A once amazing place is starting to lose its value. Complained to a "manager" who was also running the host station but not sure if Cory (the owner) will ever hear. Hope this doesn't fail. Sad to have something so special start to decay. We ordered gyozas (steamed and pan seared) which were placed on top of a bed of lettuce. I was eating the lettuce and looked down to see this on the table. We showed our waitress and she disappeared. When the check came, the manager had taken $20 off the total. That's it; no conversation, no apology, nothing.
