Better than expected overall…read more Full disclosure, I wasn't in here very long and didn't purchase anything - though I had intended to. I have never been to any Men's Wearhouse locations, but I needed to pick something up for my son and of all the research I did online, Men's Wearhouse had the what we were looking for and for a good enough price. Upon entering the store, I was impressed with the stock and neatness. Any employee I passed was friendly. I found the jackets we were looking for. One of the employees came over to assist, help with sizing, and after trying on one of them, it turned out there wasn't any there that fit my son. I asked him if it was possible to order one, since my son did have his heart set on that one in particular. The employee (I wish I had gotten his name) said he could call one of the other locations and I said I'd be more than happy to go there and get it. He found one in another store and that store said they'd hold it for me to get it the next day - which I thought was very nice of them to do. That was the extent of my time in there, but I was impressed with everything - especially the employee who helped me. Located on busy Central Park Avenue, it shares the space with a 'Fed Ex Office' and there is a small lot you can park. Good overall experience, even if it was quick. I'm definitely open to returning one day and will consider them an option from now on.

Terrible experience at this location. My online order arrived with a security tag still attached…read moreand when my wife went to this location to have it removed, the associate was rude , dismissive and refused to help. She had to go to Kohl's, a completely different store to fix Men's Wearhouse's mistake. I called the manager, Jack, and he showed zero interest or concern. Unprofessional staff, no accountability and no basic customer service. Never again.

Gap is a great store specially when you constantly need to go and get clothes for your kids. Hope the owner of this store do a clean up with the employees and be more selective hiring people.

I don't usually shop at the Gap. During my visit here I was reminded why. The selection of clothes…read moreis just too basic for a person with my colorful personality. A friend of mine bought me a sweater and I had to come return it. They didn't hassle me about the return at all but they didn't appear thrilled either. It was a nice sweater and soft material too but the turtleneck was choking me. Not a fan of turtlenecks. When I did the return I couldn't believe she paid so much for this sweater. Nearly $60 for Gap clothing?? Why in the world would anyone pay that much for this basic stuff when you can pay the same at a place like Century 21 for example and get two sweaters from a much more prestigious designer for that same price. SMH! The clothes here also tend to fit me a bit strangely. I go for my usual size and everything just seems off except for the dresses. I was able to find one dress that was cut perfectly for my shape and it was on clearance too. The clearance section was a bit crammed and the racks definitely needed some maintenance and re-organization. Nothing was in the appropriate location in terms of size order. I tried on a few career blazers and they were way too tight for my broad shoulders. I managed to find a cute pajama set that was very soft and comfy. To close out the remaining balance of my credit I just threw in some socks because I was wasting a lot of time in the fitting room. Nope definitely not returning, this store and brand just aren't for me. I will say they did have some nice children's clothing.
