With the MULTITUDE of massage/reflexology places in LV especially on Spring Mountain road, you can definitely find a place much more newer, nicer and better than here. I would of walked out but I was at a business next door & it was 12 noon and 116 degrees outside so....yeah.....wasn't gonna go anywhere else at that moment. However, here's my take why the 3 stars: - They charged me $50 for an hour foot only massage and DID NOT hassle me or even blink an eye about leaving a tip. Honestly, I think the owners know their place is old, sun faded and hodge lodge looking but they ain't trippin' about it so they up-charge the service upfront and don't hassle about tip later. A place I went to last week (newer/nicer) charged $40 for an hour foot but strong armed pressured me to give a $20 tip. -when I asked the masseuse to give more pressure or focus on an area, they complied no problem. The man was nice and genuinely doing his best. It wasn't a bad massage but he needed direction. Why it's really 2 stars: - The towel the used on me as a blanket had stains and did not smell fresh- doubt it has been washed in a while. I pulled it off. - The bean bag eye cover they put on my eyes, oh my LAWD, it smelled like it was dipped in a cheap car freshener liquid and it immediately overwhelmed my sinuses and I couldn't breath. She pressed on my foot, it was a tight knot, and she asked if the left side of my head was feeling any pain or if I had any issue. I actually have ongoing tinnitus on left side. Then she pressed on a different spot and asked if my back hurts. It does. It's remarkable how foot reflexology can detect issues and I hope help to heal. It's my third visit here. I've recommended this location and Lisa to family and friends. She worked in a hospital in China with critically ill patients for years, I think she has outstanding awareness of the human body and I'm a believer in foot reflexology. It was clear she made the connection between the knot in my foot at a very specific location and a medical condition elsewhere. Got a Groupon for here which seemed to piss them off and they asked me to cancel it and they'd match the price. I refused because I just didn't trust that and it seemed shady. I made an appointment for 1 pm and got there at 1 but they didn't have anyone there to massage me, the woman had to call a man to come and massage me. She put my feet in a bucket of water and I was confused because I paid for a full body massage but she put me in a chair right by the entrance where there was no privacy and she told me not to undress. The man showed up about 15 min later and he started a rough uncomfortable massage on my head and face. Then he put a very smelly beanbag on my eyes and kept massaging but it wasn't good and definitely not relaxing. When he finally finished and I got my stuff together he demanded a large tip and got angry with me when I said I wasn't comfortable with the size of tip he was asking for considering the poor service I received and him arriving 15 minutes late. Called JoJo and she got me in within 1.5 hrs. I can't remember my masseuse's name but it was a man and he was excellent. The foot detox was relaxing followed by the reflexology which was perfection. JoJo gave me the Groupon rate for this two so I added on a 60 minute full body massage with hot stones and boy it was amazing. Perfect pressure and he walked across my back gently and hit all of the knots. It was two hours and he worked all two hours for $89 and a $20 tip. I have saved this place for when I come back. It was clean, smelled good and quiet(I hate when they talk I want silence). The bathroom was clean as well. Very nice place about 3 miles off of strip. Quick Uber ride. I didn't give a five because they don't have walls that go up to ceiling. I don't like that. I'm sure you could hear folks if there were lots of people in there. read more

Absolutely awful. I booked 10 days in advance and they begged me not to buy a Groupon. They said they would give me the same price if I came in person. When we arrive, they want us to pre-pay the massage which isn't a problem, but they were demanding a tip of $20 on a $20 foot massage for 30 minutes. They were very high pressure to get us to upgrade to the $40 for one hour total body - with a 20-30 tip -extremely pushy wouldn't let us talk to each other to decide what we wanted and then demanding that we would leave a $20 tip. They were hovering over us rushing us and I said "you know I'm not comfortable with tipping ahead of time" she's like well how much are you gonna tip and I said I don't know $5-10 on a $20 and they were so offended they're like "maybe you can give more???". We said never-mind because it was starting to feel very uncomfortable, so as we walked out- the owner chased us to our car and then text us after we left. Was looking for an affordable, same-day couples massage while in Vegas and opted to go here for their foot reflexology and detox since they took walk-ins and we couldn't get in a body massage anywhere else without advanced appointments. However, we called first to confirm, and they had availability but two hours from the time we called, so definitely recommend calling ahead. We were going to purchase a Groupon but was reluctant because of many "can't use the same day" stipulations that Groupon has. We called to see if we could buy the Groupon and come same day, and they said they would match the Groupon price and we didn't have to purchase thru Groupon so that was nice. We enjoyed the experience but our session was interrupted by other customers so they definitely need a staff person just for the door. Also, they started on my massage first and did the foot detox on my hubby, then switched to doing his massage while I had the foot detox. The rooms are not completely closed off so it's semi private. It seems that there are these on every corner and could make choosing an establishment a difficult choice. Upon entering I was greeted by a Chinese female masseuse. I went for the $22 special which included half body massage and foot massage for 60 minutes. My female masseuse was spot on and I like the fact there was nobody carrying on conversations or talking on their cell phones which I've experienced at other locations. Came here during a weekday summer and after walking the strip, a foot massage is much needed. $22 for one hour foot massage but we ended up doing $36 for one hour whole body massage. We were immediately seated but keep in mind to wait 30 minutes before they start the service. Your feet are soaked in a tub of warm water. This is NOT the type of massage to take your clothes off. It's all on. The only time they moved your shirt up is to place hot stones on it. The one thing I dislike is that they keep on leaving to help with customers coming in. I'm paying by the minute/hour, I want every minute to focus on me. So instead of one hour, it felt more like 30-45 minutes. I brought my parents to get massages during Labor Day weekend as my 73 year old father has issues with his lower back and my mother had pain in both her feet. I wasn't going for one and my priority was them. I arrived to see only one girl and i mentioned that my parents didn't speak English and that I wanted them to get a massage. She looked somewhat disappointed that I wasn't getting one and I felt a bit guilty and I decided to get one as well. That was my mistake. They took all three of us to a private room and the girl started calling frantically on her cell phone. We removed our shoes and laid on the massage tables/chairs and waited there. About 10 minutes passed and she came back and stated that they are really busy and she's trying to get someone. An attractive girl came in and started massaging my head, but she kept stopping every 5 seconds, and I kept turning as to check on my parents. After a minute I saw that a middle aged man was setting up for my mom and a middle aged woman to my dad. I just wanted to see them getting taken care of but my girl kept moving my head back. This girl kept getting messages and I kept hearing her making phone calls on speaker phone that were not being answered but going to voicemail and she kept only doing a half assed job. Getting texts, calling and she kept getting calls and it started getting annoying. Then she said something and the lady from the front came in and said that the girl was very busy today and that she had to go and someone else would come in 15 minutes. At this point I was REALLY annoyed and said: just take care of my parents, I don't care about me getting one. The girl pushed me down and said: ok ok ok. I'll be your girl. Kinda strange. I laid back down and again w the texts and calls and everything and I was just over it. She asked what was wrong and I said: go. You are doing a horrible job and it seems you have to leave, so just leave. She picked up her things and rushed out of there. I even heard the door right away as she left. I was so pissed... My mom asked what happened and I said nothing important, just enjoy your massage and i sat up. The lady from the front came in and started insisting I get off the table and go outside, and I told my mom: I'll be outside but she didn't want me to leave her so I told that to the lady. She seemed not happy that I did that. I thought: well, they couldn't get someone for me, so they don't need the chair. My parents were really happy so I decided to be fair and give them their proper tip. I saw a tip chart, yes, they have one: 10 = ok. 15 = happy. 20 = very happy. I was still pissed off at my experience so I decided to do 15 each. Gave my cc to the lady and this is was the conversation: Tip, sir? 15 each But sir, look at chart. Most ppl do 10. Why only 15 15 each Sir, you can do 20 sir No. 15 each. 30 total. Plus 60 that's 90 Oh oh oh!! You are a good son!! A good son!!! I guess the one star is 20% my fault for changing my mind about getting one for myself. It's wasn't really worth the time and distance that took me but what got me the most was the fact that the lady was beinged so rude and needy about the tip. She made me feel very uncomfortable by standing very very close to me and looking at my phone screen to see how much I am tipping her through Zelle. I thought tipping would be something that optional or based on the service not mandatory. Best massage ever! I came with my mom on a Sunday afternoon without appointment. They welcomed us in. We both got the 60 min whole body massage with hot stone. We walked out feeling so relaxed. Our bodies felt so lightweight. I personally didn't want heavy pressure but my mom preferred deep tissue and they were able to accommodate. The place was also very clean. Small interruption in service. The ion detox was a new, and strange, experience but enjoyable nonetheless. My massage was pretty decent. Only complaint is the guy smelled faintly of cigarette smoke. 2 massages and an ion detox for $70 (that's including tip) is not bad. Massages were more like back rubs. When they did apply pressure it was elbows only. The lady Jojo kept having to leave my husband for his massage because there was a customer coming in. Funny how she didn't give my husband extended time but our massages were done at the same time. She left him 4 times, helping 2-3 customers so like 10 minutes in between. When we were leaving my husband did include a tip, but Jojo counted and said not enough tip, and pointed to a picture if happy $10 tip. At this point I'm so irritated and my husband being too nice said okay and Jojo said you tip its our time, my husband was fed up and tipped but seriously don't waste your time coming here. Unfortunately I couldn't give them a 5-star rating at the beginning it started off that way. Let me start off by saying the prices were reasonable. Customer service was average. The part I disagree with was she charged me to use my debit card and that's perfectly fine it's usually a dollar but since I've gotten to massages she charged me a dollar a piece for 1 transaction which is not accurate.( you only supposed to charge once not twice) and then as I was tipping she tells me how much I need to tip! That was not okay let me tip what I want to tip it's my money it's not that the massages wasn't great! But you cant tell someone what to give as a tip! That disappointed me. I was under so much stress and tension after watching the 49ers get whipped by Arizona. I had gone over to Bali Foot Spa but they were closed for renovation, and the place across the parking lot had a 45 minutes wait. So back in the car thinking...oh well....and spotted this place. $22 for one hour, but I opted for the 90 minute special which was $28 for massage and ion detox. Greeted by a very nice lady, the place was very clean and comfortable. I think she was the only one working which seemed strange considering most places have lots of available masseuses. No problem though because she was very good at massage. I don't know how the ion detox works exactly, but something was strapped to my wrist and the other part in the water. After 30 minutes she showed me the water which was almost black....and no, it wasn't from not washing my feet....it was from all those nasty toxins that love to live in my body.
