She truly listened to my needs and gave me exactly what I wanted. I really appreciated that she was not pushy at all and did not try to upscale any additional services I didn't ask for. Linda kindly answered all of my questions and then simply allowed me to relax and completely enjoy myself. The entire facility is exceptionally clean and well-organized, which made me feel very comfortable. I love that this place is a true full-service spa that offers various packages tailored to your needs. The price is great for the area and offers fantastic value for money and service. Vacation isn't complete without spa treatment :) This lovely establishment accepts walk-ins and they were able to do both a massage and a pedi without an appointment. My first impression was how clean the place was. Second, I noticed how friendly and accommodating all the employees were. Last, but certainly not least, the massage and the pedi were absolutely professionally done. I started with a one-hour massage. The lights were dim and the music was soothing. Her hands though....so gentle I almost fell asleep. Talk about pampering, she massaged top to bottom, side to side then flipped me over for a repeat :) So relaxing! Next I had a pedi. So many beautiful shades to choose from and this specialist handled my feet with gentle care. So glad that I found this place! Now, instead of rushing me out upon payment for services, these ladies encouraged me to stay inside until the dust storm passed. I've come here about 4 times now- my mother in law used to buy me gift certificates here to get massages because this is her favorite spa to go to when she comes to visit. She is actually a licensed massage therapist as well so that is huge kudos coming from her. The staff is very professional, the space is very clean, and the massages are always amazing. I tend to get really bad knots from work and working out, and I come every 2 months or so to get them out. I always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. Overall- it's been a great experience so far, and I'm hoping to make this my go to place. read more

Ross did amazing! There was another girl i'm not sure what her name was but by the end she did not do good she didn't try. My boyfriend had Ross and he said that she did good and hit all the spots and took his pain away. The other girl that i had i gave her a tip and she was upset and i can tell she wanted more so i did give her more because i felt forced. The only bad thing about both was that they didn't even finish the one hour there was still 7 minutes left. by the end of the massage the girl i had she had medium length hair and had bangs her phone kept on buzzing and it felt on the bed. When she got to my feet she did not try and just kept on going around q her thumb in the same spot. I love this place but just the girl i got made me a bit upset because i was really looking forward to a good massage. Just for next time i'll ask for ross:) read more

Rude staff ; demands a tip even before services are done, massage rooms are plain with lights in your face and if the desk lady don't like you she will tell the massage lady to give you the incorrect massage and the massage lady's don't speak English so when you try to tell them they don't understand, complained about people using Groupon but they are the ones advertising on Groupon , so poor service all the way around read more

I like it. My dad an I did a daddy daughter spa day. We got a good massage and a pedicure. The massage was ok the lady did it harder ok one food and I wish she did it for both. But I saw the other lady giving my dad a completely different massage and used tools on him and I wish I got that haha. But the chairs were super comfy and they had low lights and played good music. Then the pedicure was fun my dad had never done one of those. Mt lady was super funny. She did a great job and was cracking jokes. She told my dad to get color and when we left mt dad wished he did haha. But on one food my paint is already chipped so that's kinda sucky. read more

The service was terrible. I requested a wax vibe was as if they were talking about me in their language. She put thick layers of wax on my skin, causing it to rip my skin off. This was such an amazing experience. I have been looking for a place to do a proper Thai massage since my vacation in Thailand in 2019. The only bad part is I don't live here in Las Vegas and can't come every week! The facilities were sparkling clean, very friendly employees, and great prices.
