This isn't one of those salons where maybe you'll find one "good" person who does nails, no, all of nail techs here are amazing. If you think I'm lying just look at their Instagram the proof is there, and they are consistently updating their social media. They will do exactly what you want or even better than you showed them. I would also like to add that everyone here is super professional and clean (which is so important). They have good sanitary practices and they make sure the salon is nice and clean. Here some tips: *This is an appointment salon, so you will need to book prior to your visit. My nail tech started using an artificial nail to pull off my acrylic tip - finger nails and broke 3 of my natural nails. Instead of letting my nails soak in acetone then using their machine to file them off. Mind you, my natural nails werent strong but were long and none of them were broken except for 1 index finger. She then claimed that they were already broken when I knew only one of my natural finger nails was already broken. I told her they weren't even and she ignored me. I also told her to keep my natural nails long and she didn't listen. What upset me the most was the customer service! I have never not tipped a nail tech before but I left frustrated and didnt even want to complete the service because my nails looked horrible since she left two fingernails short and my thumb half chipped. It cost me $30 for these services and my nail tech acted like nothing was wrong. I would like to say the issues were caused by a language barrier but at that point, I left . I should have complained while I was there but I just wanted to get out of there and do my manicure myself.

Initially everything was going good, nice customer service, quick to start the nails. Where it went downhill is the work. It is horrible and especially for $130 in this economy. While getting a pedicure, one of the ladies cut my toe very badly, it's cleaned up in the photo I've attached, however it was bleeding bad in the salon and very painful. I asked for milky white polish on the toes, and well it's plain white.. they also don't paint the full nail. To top it off the lady doing my nails added so many coats of gel polish that the nails were chunky and thick looking. I specifically asked for straight square shape nails, and I would expect them to be nicely shaped for the price. The lady did not even attempt to fix the shape. When it was time to pay I told the man at the counter my concerns and he did not care. Overall, I would never recommend this place to anyone, save your time and money and go somewhere that does better work. I had to come home and fix my nails shape myself. What a horrible experience for $130. No tip of course with this work.
